If you're uncertain about using Function Tracker for Caterers, there's actually a 30 Day Free Trial and Demo available that makes it worth taking a look.
It also was just easy to use and learn and the fact that you could have multiple users at one time made it very convenient. I also really enjoyed that it was much easier to create quotes and contracts and receive other online inquiries using it, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For the most part, there were not many things I dislike. This is definitely geared more towards smaller catering businesses and can be considered a little steep on prices at $45 USD per month but it is on par for many other catering software currently available.
Unlike "Function Tracker," with just "Function Tracker for Catering" you no longer had some of the event registration and ticketing offered, which is understandable for the price but if they could include this aspect, then it would be much more bang for the buck.
