"Good product for small-medium businesses, great customer service"

What do you like best?

I love having and integrated CRM system and order platform. The customer support is phenomenal and the ability to create customized reports from the SQL database has been very helpful in providing insights about our fastest growing market segments.

What do you dislike?

While I love having the custom reports in Excel, it would be nice to further customize the UI itself, but we have not been able to. Also, the integration with DoorDash has been slightly problematic.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We have been able to track sales growth by region and by customer, as well as identify our most frequent customers as well as "sleepy" clients.

"Monkey media review "

What do you like best?

I enjoy the clear layout of the items available on the left with drop down menus for easy navigation and I also enjoy the drop-down menus with in each category for and also the multiple ways to get the same information

What do you dislike?

The only thing that I can complain about is the sometimes occasion with the program run slowly. It is a little annoying how to date required is not in order, only the date requested

Recommendations to others considering the product

I would recommend using the standard layout of the program where you can view orders by different categories

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I am able to look at orders and coordinate them with the driver in plenty of time. I am even able to get many orders ready in preparation for the day they are needed

"It does well keeping track of customers and orders, however it does not connect with other databases"

What do you like best?

User friendly, searching the database is useful, it makes it complicated to be so specific finding certain contacts. It does help generating new leads and continued services.

What do you dislike?

It’s awful at searching. There should be a broader search range within existing clients that does not require me to try 10 different search methods to find the customer I’m looking for. I have to be too specific to find

The business problems that are being solved is locating the current or past client, this answers both questions. But the software is not where it should be. monkey should know that.

"Great site"

What do you like best?

Shows the date, time, whom its for, all the details... easy to accept orders, find out details. We have used it for several years!!!

What do you dislike?

N/a sometimes the address or number is incorrect... but that is usually user error.

Makes everything simple. No complaints.

What do you like best?

Easy to set up and send test to all aprticipating Parties. Easy to set up on devices for costumer use onsite as well.

What do you dislike?

Really basic and some clients were not inclined to use it feeling like it was going to use their information for sales

"Monkey gets the job done."

What do you like best?

It is relatively easy to navigate and most tasks are simple.

What do you dislike?

It is also very cluttered and sometimes too simple.

"Event Coorinator"

What do you like best?

stream lined system allowing easier communication and better productivity between hosts and staff

What do you dislike?

Trying to get answers in a timely fashion and the cost has been an issue in the past

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are solving our higher than normal inaccuracy rate. Customers are taking more ownership for orders and are being more careful of what they are ordering instead of blaming or badmouthing our companies service

"Amazing experience"

What do you like best?

I love the simplicity and the User Interface. Would recommend to anyone else working in the industry.

What do you dislike?

I am not a fan of the logo personally. That monkey is all over the place.

I've helped solve many business problems, from logistics to financial planning. I have realized that software is a tool and can be used by any business to improve their performance.

"Monkey Media is easy to use and a great asset to my business "

What do you like best?

I love how straightforward it is to use. Everything is clear and really simple to navigate.

Honestly, I do not have any complaints regarding Monkey Media.

"Straight to the point!"

What do you like best?

Good, gets to the point. Nothing more nothing less which is what i like.

What do you dislike?

That it's called Monkey. No free trial. Very pricey.

It makes it easy to connect with cutomers. Also Service is available 24/7 which i enjoy
