**What do you like best about FrontBurners?**

FrontBurners increased our sales (10-15% increase) with high-quality leads from our target market of the Manufacturing industry. Their competitive pricing delivered exceptional value compared to previous vendor we worked with, allowing us to penetrate new markets like EMEA without sacrificing product worth.

**What do you dislike about FrontBurners?**

The only thing I would say is I think when we tried FrontBurners to focus on multiple markets like America and EMEA at the same time in the Plastic and Chemical manufacturing industries, and the results were low from specific regions of the US market, but I have to admit that we made internal efforts and we faced the same results as FrontBurners got so I don't think its FrontBurners, I think it's just a different and a harder market for our buyer persona.

**Recommendations to others considering FrontBurners:**

Unlike other vendors, BrontBurners grasped our complex B2B product and delivered high-quality leads. They handle our entire outbound outreach including lead list building, messaging, email deliverability, etc. Highly recommended for early-stage tech companies looking to build and streamline their B2B sales cycle.

**What problems is FrontBurners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FrontBurners' sales expertise filled our skill gap, saving us time on prospecting, email content, and deliverability. It felt like an extension of our team, leading to valuable ideas and a 63% open rate.

**What do you like best about FrontBurners?**

Their ability to bring high-quality leads, a to-do attitude, and quick response.

**What do you dislike about FrontBurners?**

- They are focused on North American markets, and they are lacking in targeting markets where English isn't the first language - Ex Germany, and Italy.
- We wanted to test these two regions but it seems like they weren't able to give us SDR from those regions.

**Recommendations to others considering FrontBurners:**

For us, the key takeaway is as follows;

- Quick and smooth onboarding for us
- Highly effective and automated workflows with transparent communication - Keeps everyone updated.
- They have the latest tech stack which helps us quickly upload contact details into our CRM Hubspot for our account executives.
- They accept their mistakes and work to fix those quickly - I haven't seen this in other services we used.

**What problems is FrontBurners solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are helping us with finding the targeted leads within our highly focused target market. Their team especially Obaid understood our product very well. Their outreach strategy is quite proactive.
