FullFunnel has been an amazing tool for managing and analyzing our entire marketing funnel. i love how easy it is to navigate, with clear visuals that shows leads, conversions and ROI  in one place, The dashboard is intuitive , set up was quick, integration with our other tools was seamless, i use it frequently to track campaign performance and optimize results, it definitely simplify our workflow.

Communication was the absolute highlight. The FullFunnel team is very active and engaged at all times, ensuring that they're up to date with business needs and setting clear expectations, while staying adaptable to what is always a changing situation in early-stage companies.

Early in our engagement, there was a gap in the deeper technical skills on the team. FullFunnel has grown this capacity, but remain more of a product-expert and admin, rather than a developer in most cases.

When we stared working with FullFunnel, we were growing our sales-led motion but had no internal resources or expertise in RevOps. The FullFunnel team worked as a close partner in developing core infrastructure and supporting the team to ensure that we had everything that we need to be successful.

FullFunnel gives my business access to resources that we did not have access to prior to bringing them on board. They work collaboratively with us to best position our business for success in the marketplace. They take the time to thoroughly understand our business and help drive revenue. I was immediately confident in the team's expertise, and that has been proven out in the results we see every day.

I have no concerns with FullFunnel; they are excellent.

**Recommendations to others considering FullFunnel:**

FullFunnel's initial audit process is enormously valuable. You will be asked questions that prompt you to think critically about RevOps in your business. Through the process, you will learn where there are gaps and weaknesses in your current workflows. The result is a set of recommendations about how FullFunnel can help solve the challenges. Just that feedback alone is worth an engagement, but after doing so, you're going to want to work FullFunnel further.

**What problems is FullFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FullFunnel has taken over the vast majority of our RevOp operations. Their efforts have resulted in an increased prospect flow into our sales funnel and better momentum of deals moving through the sales process. The team members are clearly experts in their fields, and they passionately work on our account as if our business were their own business.

 FullFunnel helps us with sales processes, marketing, our web presence, content, and more. FullFunnel feels like an extension of our team, enabling us to be more productive and effective.

**What do you like best about FullFunnel?**

Everyone at FullFunnel is smart, experienced, and energetic. They are super responsive to our needs, and not afraid to guide me in another direction when what I'm asking is not the right thing to be asking. I've learned a ton about sales and marketing from them.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

Not a lot to complain about. We purchase a block of capacity on a monthly basis, and there are months when I am pushing and would love some extra time from them. They oblige when they can, but not always feasible - at least not without ramping up other team members to get familiar with our project.

**Recommendations to others considering FullFunnel:**

Take advantage of their holistic assessment. It really helps focus on what you should and should not be focusing on first. Unlike other firms that I talked to, that just promised me some absurd number of leads without even asking what we do, FF understands the business and your target audience before making recommendations.

**What problems is FullFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FullFunnel acts as our soup-to-nuts RevOps team, helping with strategy, marketing content, sales coaching, pipeline tools and management, CRM operation, etc. They have been valuable in establishing our brand credibility and thinking about how to target outbound prospecting with best-of-breed tools.

SalesWorks Account Executive Training Program provided me with the tools and training necessary to transition from an SDR to running demos and full-cycle sales execution. Through hands-on training and prospect role-playing, the SalesWorks team gave me the confidence and skill set needed to achieve instant success and comfortability. Their planned and market-tested training helped me build up my skills until I felt ready to go out on my own. I still send demo recordings to the team for review and feedback.

Having the best training in the market is essential to a sales career. Making sure to pick up healthy habits and techniques is key to ensuring a sales team is crushing goals and sticking out amongst competitors. FullFunnel presented us with several different options to drive demand. We have experimented with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO content. We pivoted from one channel to the next based on their input which was backed up with quantitative and qualitative insights. The team consistently looks for new ways to add value.

There has been some turnover on the team, but all the resources have been professional and well-qualified.

FullFunnel has many programs to help drive the pipeline, including outbound BDR services, BDR training, paid advertising, and SEO be sure to explore them all to get the right mix.

As SDR, you can fall into the automation mood. What Saleswork did in 7 hours splitting it to 2 days gave the filling is not too heavy on the workday. You can get the information quickly and on point to touch on the "Cold call" fear from new rap. We all so want the focus on informative emails that will give the rap's the tool to personalized email that will have the highest response rate. 

With harry guidance, make it a live session that all the team can give feedback and tailor to our product so it will have actual use!

SalesWorks helped with our sales development training program, the objective was to help the team communicate our company's selling values in a more compelling manner, practice objection handling and improve discoveries.

**What do you like best about FullFunnel?**

In comparison to some other trainings a tad more "old school", SalesWorks works intelligently with small teams number, encourage participation and focus on exercises such as role-play. I also really like the honesty and authenticity this training is preaching.

SalesWorks tried its best to apply the program to our own industry and challenges, but it didn’t feel like the value proposition was crafted internally and globally across our organization prior to the training.

Building out the early-stage sales development function at Thought Machine, I needed a bespoke-style training that would kickstart incoming hires to hit the ground running. Having heard good reviews SalesWorks from SDR functions in other companies (specifically Reachdesk and Temenos), we opted in for the virtual training as a first step. From the commercial conversations with Ceci, to the sales engagement training sessions with Cara (who brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to our team), everything has been an absolute pleasure. Through our targetted campaigns, the team will be utilising the functional skills taught by SalesWorks (in particular when it comes to messaging and cold-calling). Thank you SalesWorks!

Sales works has been an amazing resource for developing both personal and organisational wide skills needed to succeed. Having been part of 2 training courses run by sales work, I have found both sessions extremely useful, interactive and fun to attend and has really increased my confidence for the future!

For me, not only were the classes really interactive and fun, the teachers of salesworks were incredibly helpful and nice going out of their way to help me with any issues I had to ensure I got the most out of it! Additionally, the feedback I got when completing my first course has been so helpful for my progression and my future career paths.

Zoom calls are never fun, especially when done over a few hours and a few days, but the teams at Salesworks really made it interactive and with lots of breaks really helped with Zoom fatigue.

If you're looking at training to really elevate your team then look no further, Salesworks is the best route for you!

Originally, during our first course with Salesworks, we as an SDR team were looking at ways of being better at prospecting, bringing in more clients and having a greater and more engaging outreach. The benefits of this were amazing, it lead to a complete transformation of how we outreach and got rid of a lot of fear we had when cold calling!

Salesworks helped my company start a training program for our sales team.

**What do you like best about FullFunnel?**

The course was very interactive. Throughout the training, we had access to two teachers that we could go to for help any time we needed. It wasn't just a lecture style; there were small group activities, role-play scenarios, and real applications to all the learning we did.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

There was not much to dislike. I would say that the timing of each session wasn't ideal, but that was because our team is in the US, and SalesWorks is based in the UK. We had to do our training during peak sales hours, but our company worked with us to adjust our quota numbers for those days. Something to think about if you're considering this!

**Recommendations to others considering FullFunnel:**

This is a great training program. If you're trying to set a standardized training process for new hires, I recommend SalesWorks. Even experienced employees will benefit from the practice.

Our company had a lack of standardized training for entry-level employees. Now, everyone on our Sales Development team has a solid foundation to start their careers on. For those who have been in sales before, it was a good refresher on best practices and still taught new tactics.

Roleplays were very useful! The few homework we had to do helped us to review what we covered. Very insightful sessions with a lot of tips, I would have enjoyed having 2 trainers that can roleplay and show us the good examples before exercises. That would have added more dynamism.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

The sessions were a bit long and could have maybe been more interactive (instead of asking someone to volunteer, choosing someone). Also the beginning of each session's 'recap' was too long and made a sense of repetition that was strong. Maybe instead of that leave 15 mins at the end to review.

SalesWorks was incredibly beneficial in implementing formalized training for the SDR team at our company, Unmind. The goal was to incorporate new strategies and techniques from the training sessions into our day-to-day tasks as sales development reps to increase prospect engagement and the ability to connect with potential clients. Cara Pepper was our trainer and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient with our team and gave insightful feedback for each task and module.

**What do you like best about FullFunnel?**

I love the different tasks and activities involved in the training. Although some may feel awkward to do in front of your team, it was beneficial to practice the techniques we were learning actively.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

I wish this training session had been during my onboarding process at the company. This isn't a downside to SalesWorks by any means. I think as a member of a sales team, it would be great to get such formalized training right from the start.

Go in with an open mind and absorb as much information as possible. There are great nuggets of information within the sessions that can be utilized as assets to any outbound sales.

SalesWorks brought new perspectives and ideas to the front of my mind regarding email outreach and confidently running both cold calls and discovery calls. The sessions have been really interactive, which has helped to keep the group focused, engaged, and interested. It has been a lot of collaborative work, which I really enjoyed.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

It could be a consequence of the pandemic; however, 3-4 hour virtual sessions can be quite draining and challenging to keep focused. The trainers did a great job of keeping people as engaged as possible, but multiple virtual sessions close together can be difficult.

SalesWorks makes the SDRs receive the same standard training, and therefore, we are all developing the same skills. It is also a great way to bring the team closer together and encourage more collaborative working.

I love the custom and personalized approach. SalesWorks uses real issues with my current clients so that everything I am learning becomes immediately implementable.

It can take a lot of time to run a custom program. I would love more on our own time resources but I appreciate all the support, just wish I could learn it faster!

Our customer success team was quite new so we were solving a knowledge problem where SalesWorks was able to provide best practices early on in our organization. This has increased our team's ability to retain and increase revenue through new techniques.

Salesworks went through several topics inlcuding objection handling, negotiation, closing for commitment, different styles of people, deconstructing accounts & navigating all of the different stakeholders, what their personal goals may be & how you can get them on side. We also walked through the different between our sales pipeline stages & the customer's buying process, matching these up.
Nothing was groundbreaking or particularly eye opening, I feel like nothing really is in sales! However, it is very useful to go through these step by step from time to time in order to sharpen the sword & make sure that you're conciously thinking about some of these when engaging with prospects.
There were 4 of us in the session, from a few different sides of our business, so on the plus side it was good to hear different points of view on certain challegnes that we come across, but also on the downside it may not have been the best as we all have slightly, some quite different roles.

**What do you like best about FullFunnel?**

Cara is very approachable & the sessions were well paced, it felt quite natural & this allowed the group to steer the sessions to what was needed at the time. We weren't attached to a very strict agenda so were able to spend more time on subjects that were more pertinent & less on otheres.
The sessions were very interactive & we had a smaller working group, that I think works best for this type of sales training in order to.
We also split out into pairs to do some role plays which is useful to do, however I feel more could've been done to understand what we do at Relativity in order to get a bit more out of these.

**What do you dislike about FullFunnel?**

I feel like more should have been done to truly understand the challenges we face with the market that we sell to, our specific use case & where our company fits within. Some of the examples and activities we were doing felt quite basic & doesn't really scratch the surface of some of the true challenges that we face as salespeople in this market space.
This isn't specific to Salesworks, but because the people on the training from our side were all from slightly different sides of the business, we didn't necessarily know each others challenges or use cases when trying to go through effective role plays, which I think hampered progress at times.
The sessions were about 4 hours long on Zoom, which in practice isn't great. I would be more inclined if we had more sessions that were 2 hours long.

**Recommendations to others considering FullFunnel:**

I worked with Shabri from SalesWorks during my time at The Access Group & now Cara from her team at Relativity. I would recommend using them to help upskill your sales organisation.

**What problems is FullFunnel solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Nothing was groundbreaking or particularly eye opening, I feel like nothing really is in sales! However, it is very useful to go through these step by step from time to time in order to sharpen the sword & make sure that you're conciously thinking about some of these when engaging with prospects.
I think that is the main benefit, taking time to go through all stages of the sales pipeline/buying cycle.

We needed to get a thorough understanding of the fundamentals of sales development and how that could lead to success for our team. Our trainer, Cara, gave really valuable tips from understanding buyers personas, to cold calling, to effective email outreach, to discovery call questions. The sessions included initial theory, the opportunity to practice with role play and then some valuable feedback to follow up. Cara did an amazing job to keep the sessions engaging - which we can all appreciate is a challenge over Zoom.

I attended the SDR leadership workshop, and it was undoubtedly 2 days well spent. The course was completely SDR focused and covered a range of topics from hiring to performance management, even managing internal stakeholders. There were opportunities as well across the 2 days to talk with the other leaders on the course, share challenges, and to get advice. 

I have managed SDR teams for over 10 years, and I still learned new things and opportunities to refresh on topics I hadn't covered in years. The most significant success for me was coming away with actions I could take away and immediately put into place to improve my team. I find myself every day putting into practice things I learned on the course.

The opportunities to network with other SDR leaders. This can be a lonely role as there often only 1 of us in an organisation, so having a chance to talk to other SDR leaders was priceless for me.
