It is not so complex that I can't find my way around. I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net. I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well. Customer support is excellent. The few times I have sent in a request i was answered within hours at worst or even minutes. That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that. What problems is Friday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you? The biggest challenge I have is staying on task with all the prospects with whom I am dealing on a daily basis. Friday is definitely helping me be better organized plus the reminders are very valuable as once I set a Task I don't have to remember when it is due. I get an automatic reminder which is perfect.
