The ease of importing new contacts from large lists. The filtering options are robust, so creating segments is easy. The ability to easily create tags and assign them to contacts is also wonderful. The web-based interface is also fast and performs lookups and filtering flawlessly. Finally, the MailChimp integration is a huge plus! **What do you dislike about Friday CRM?** The inability to view lists of contacts with multiple fields showing. The interface only allows viewing lists of contacts with the Name, Phone, and Email Address fields showing, so it is not possible to see and sort lists of contacts with other fields (including custom fields) showing. **What problems is Friday CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allows us to manage our customer relationships and keep track of customer interactions in a simple, easy-to-learn, and quite robust system. ### 2.
