What do you like best about Friday CRM?

It is not so complex that I can't find my way around. I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net. I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well.

Customer support is excellent. The few times I have sent in a request i was answered within hours at worst or even minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Friday CRM?

I used another well know CRM several years ago so this one took a bit of use to familiarize myself with it. That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that. I think some features could be expanded though I am still learning the program so I may find it already has an answer to my question. I just need to find it. What do you like best about Friday CRM?

That is free and that the CRM seems to be very thorough for managing client. I like I can add customized fields, I also like that there is API access so I can automate my entire customer process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You can't manage projects inside of it. If we had the full gammet of inception to completing a project and doing maintenance with them, that would be ideal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Friday CRM?

The cost (free) vs. utility cannot be beat. It has all of the features I need, without the ones I don't need that make me feel guilty that I am not using them, even though I pay for time.

I like the activities feature best, i wish i could assign activities/create a deal instead of just delete/unlink. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like it but i wish the deals screen was mobile friendly and allowed auto sending of emails or email templates as deals move through the different stages. Also wish i could integrate multiple groups to only be able to access certain activities (like ones sent to a specific email alias. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
