It is not so complex that I can't find my way around. I don't need a CRM to integrate with every social media account on the net. I want it to manage my sales prospects which I am finding it is doing well.
Customer support is excellent. The few times I have sent in a request i was answered within hours at worst or even minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I used another well know CRM several years ago so this one took a bit of use to familiarize myself with it. That part of the process was frustrating as I wanted to get running from day one, but I was unable to do that. I think some features could be expanded though I am still learning the program so I may find it already has an answer to my question. I just need to find it.
