**What do you like best about Frankli?**

Frankli is great for mapping out our company goals, then each department leader can plan their objectives for their area. It's a central place to track everything, and a great dashboard to track progress through a month/quarter and have the important conversations to drive to meet and beat the targets.

I've got my whole team loaded in so everyone can use it.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Its a bit manual at the moment to update. This makes it flexible because it doesn't require a fancy/complex data connection to our source systems as a pre-requisite so we can report on any goals we like. However, because it isn't automated it means that before we can review our progress we need to first update all the numbers which is quite manual and tedious.

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frankli helps us plan the important objectives for our business. It helps us align the objectives of all leaders for a single set of company objectives and also helps teams and individuals have their own set of OKRs that map to their Team / Company goals.
We user to do this with a bunch of presentations and discussions but it was hard to have clearly defined goals, and without the clarity it's impossible to hold leaders to account.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

Frankli is an intuitive and user-friendly interface. The tool is very well-designed from the outset, and seamless navigation makes it easy for both employees and managers to access and utilise its various functionalities. This simplicity ensures a smooth and efficient user experience, reducing the learning curve and enabling quick adoption across the organisation.

Frankli boasts a wide range of tools and features dedicated to enhancing employee engagement. The software provides a holistic approach to measuring and improving employee satisfaction and motivation, from easily creatable pulse surveys to review cycles accompanied by detailed analytics and reporting features.

Frankli has been very well received at Openmind, and we get great feedback from our team regarding managing their 121s and goal setting with direct reports.

Lastly, the Frankli team is super supportive, always replying instantly, open to feedback and suggestions, and ultimately acting as a critical partner in enabling the success of our people and processes.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Frankli is a great tool with so much potential still ahead of it. I look forward to seeing the tool grow even more with new features and integrations.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

I like how adaptable the platform seems to be. When suggestions were made they would be listened to, taken on board and when possible changes were made. It's a great platform and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

The only thing I wasn't huge fan of was the goals section- I think it is so important to have goals clearly written on the platform but I think trying to simplify the process would make this section of the platform even better! I know some employees were confused about what the different goals were which meant they just avoided logging them. Because I worked in HR I obviously did my reading on the goals section using your step by step guides which was helpful BUT it would be ideal if that wasn't needed. I like the idea of being able to see how different levels of goals feed into wider company goals but maybe just simplifying this section of the platform would make it more user friendly!

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great at making sure 1:1 notes were being logged and documented in one place.
It was a good place to get people to think about their goals.
It was useful to be able to send company wide surveys and download the results in a report.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

As a small but growing and ambitious company, we've found Frankli to be a real boon for Performance Management within the business, from company-level goals to individual Manager-Report relationships. It's slick and easy to use, and saves us time which for me is a key consideration given our small team and how busy we all are. The notifications are insightful but never overload you, and the tool is super easy to pick up. Matches all the competitors in terms of functionality, but in a best-in-class UI.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Nothing springs to mind. A joy to use (as all good tech ought to be!)

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Performance management within a small but nimble business
Visibility over OKRs within a fully remote company
More productive, more aligned. Save time!

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

Starting using Frankli in 2022 for Goals, for Reviews and for 1:1s. The UI is very intuitive, the integration with google calendar is great, and love that it is a shared space for me and the team. Frankli encourages each of us to choose whether to react to things immediately, or think ahead and pop into forthcoming 1:1 for a better quality conversation. Also having 1:1 and Goals so close gets us both thinking whether the 1:1 topic is more than just a short term Task, or is worthy of being included as a Goal. Lastly, no hiding from all the reminder notifications!
Great after sale Service from Danny himself and also his access to Developers. Every success to keep this going as Frankli inevitably grows.

Some glitches with Frankli's control of some google calendars, believe all currently sorted...

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

Frankli is intuitive and easy to use. The UX is clean and welcoming. I use it to manage my 1:1’s with my team and to set and track objectives. The two play nicely together, and it’s integrated with my calendar, making the whole process seamless.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

So far, my experience with Frankli is positive. We get great support from their customer success team. I am using limited features in 1:1s and goals but hoping to extend that usage with other feedback features in the near future.

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Frankli, goal-setting was hard to manage. My team wouldn’t necessarily stay on top of things. They also struggled with clarity on what exactly we were striving to achieve. While we committed to regular meetings and check-ins, they didn’t always happen.

Now with Frankli, objectives are clear and aligned. I have regular 1-1 meetings with all my team members; in those meetings, we have access to all the information we need to have a valuable conversation. I particularly like the action points and notifications around follow-ups. It keeps everyone on track and accountable.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

rankli looks great and is easy to use! I only really use it for the 1:1s, they're brilliant for me and my team. They're very action orientated which means it's easier to keep on track and focus on the important things. The different talking point templates also mean we can vary our conversations and keep things fresh!

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

There's nothing major that I dislike, we still need to use more of Frankli to get the most from it. We haven't started using the goals section within our team just yet but hopefully, we can easily adopt that too.

Frankli makes sure that our team are regularly checking in with each other and having important conversations that help us professionally and personally. We're a remote team so having this tool makes sure we take the time to connect properly!

Ability to streamline our reviews and provide a consistent employee experience to all. Enables us to ensure fair processes and clear visibility for all staff on their PDP and promotion paths.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Nothing except getting users to engage initially. The system took a while to set up as we wanted to pull data from our CRMbut Frankli were really accommodating in supporting us at this time.

Giving us one place where we can store and track all employee information. We have reduced the spreadsheets and emails as only the CRM and Frankli are considered our sources of truth.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

It is highly user-friendly. I use it frequently to connect with my team members every month. As my team is expanding, it will allow me to be organised when I designate certain team members;  I can then book a monthly meeting.  
It also automatically updates my work calendar. I can change the 121 questions and tailor them specifically to the employee.  
They can also request a 121/ chat with me on anything;  it will be recorded for the next time.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

When I was rescheduling a 121, it would' t allow me to add a new meeting for the same month; I had to schedule for the following month. 
I could have been doing something wrong, it didn't appear for the employee. It might have been a glitch.

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consistent communication and structure are needed for a successful team & it has implemented that for all my team. Employees look forward to having a regular catch-up where a record is made, actions are set, they can review and update regularly.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

Frankli has people at the heart of its design. It has a great user experience and does much more than just performance management. The collaborative and transparent approach to OKR and goal setting really suits our team, it allows us to share notes, collaborate on goals and get visibility into how what we do is adding value to the company. The platform also encourages connections, you can connect with people with similar interests, those looking for coaching, mentoring etc can share interests and connect. Feedback and praise can also be given through the platform. The interface is friendly, easy to use and engaging which also encourages use of it. We have also been able to run NPS surveys through Frankli and the process was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

There are no downsides to using Frankli it has ticked more boxes than we were looking for. When there is smething we would like to see changed or improved the team at Frankli are always open to suggestions and working with us to enhance user experience if it is relevant to the product and will benefit others too.

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had a paper based performance management process before we used Frankli and we have been able to keep the best bits of that but enhance the overall process significantly. We were able to integrate it easily with our HRIS so we don't have multiple setups to complete.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

The visibility of our people's performance and growth. The reminders of team anniversaries, upcoming deadlines/tasks, as well as 1:1's. 1:1 talking points to ensure nothing is missed.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Regularly having to log in to Frankli. Quite often it will log me out and i have to log back in to access the platform. Still appears to be some bugs with the google calendar integration, with sometimes 1:1 changes in Frankli not consistently changing in to the calendar or changing in one persons calendar and not the other attendees.

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time-saving with admin side of people management. Having visibility over the team's OKR's and how they are progressing. Transparency between manager and direct report on performance and alignment of that performance to the business objectives. Frankli also ensures consistency across our employee's management experience, and it makes it really easy from the leadership level to measure that consistency.

Easy to use, adaptable, admin friendly, efficient, makes performance management discussions and 1:1s happen. The team are extremely helpful and innovative. Always looking to see how we can add to/better the platform or experience.

Sometimes slow to load but very rarely, not much else. There has been quite a few updates and sometimes it can take time to adapt to the changes but no different to any other system. The changes are usually worth it.

Doing Appraisals, 1:1's and we are exploring using this for internal career development also. Lots of nice to haves on system too like surveys and idea sharing.

**What do you like best about Frankli?**

I recently enjoyed the team members I worked with Frankli. They took in any feedback we had as a company and were genuine in making sure our experience was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

There were some challenges with Frankli not being fully integrated with Zoom and Google Meet for meetings (1:1, etc.). Once there is an integration, I think meetings through Frankli and the company calendar will be more seamless. Certainly, when having to re-schedule.

Solving the integration with Zoom and Google Meet, mentioned above. They were also very helpful when launching our first formal review as a company and allowing us to set up office hours with our team members as well.

Having all the historical notes from conversations that can be forgotten, then being able to see the correlation of these conversations and goal process over time.

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

The only thing is the limited integration with Google Cal, having to reschedule meetings has to be done through the platform and not in my cal

Allowing for a much more consistent feedback process, with structured answers making it easier to take action from these.

The team. They are always so accommodating to requests and helpful when required. The work they have done on the admin view has made life a lot easier on our end of Frankli

**What do you dislike about Frankli?**

Difficult to find downsides. Sometimes when using the web application, it can be slow. When archiving people it can take a couple of more seconds than i think it should when it is loading

**What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Frankli are implementing a method in which we can move our promotions process onto frankli. It will mean that all documents for promotions will be stored in the one place and drive engagement on the site

Progress on goals is visible and can be easily recorded and updated.
Teams can collaborate and work together on goals.
The implementation of Frankli in the company has been positive, we received great support from the Frankli team in guiding us through using this system and how the company can get the most from it.
