When suggestions were made they would be listened to, taken on board and when possible changes were made. It's a great platform and easy to use. **What do you dislike about Frankli?** The only thing I wasn't huge fan of was the goals section- I think it is so important to have goals clearly written on the platform but I think trying to simplify the process would make this section of the platform even better! I know some employees were confused about what the different goals were which meant they just avoided logging them. Because I worked in HR I obviously did my reading on the goals section using your step by step guides which was helpful BUT it would be ideal if that wasn't needed. I like the idea of being able to see how different levels of goals feed into wider company goals but maybe just simplifying this section of the platform would make it more user friendly! **What problems is Frankli solving and how is that benefiting you?** It was great at making sure 1:1 notes were being logged and documented in one place. It was a good place to get people to think about their goals. It was useful to be able to send company wide surveys and download the results in a report. ### 2.
