What’s your Customer Service like?
All of our plans in Frankli include in-app chat support.
We’re at the end of a phone or live chat, whenever you have a query. We've invested in a library of short training videos that efficiently explain any feature you may want to learn about, but we know that sometimes you just want to quickly chat to someone at Frankli HQ. Our existing customers are already experiencing our commitment to Service and we’d love to have you onboard too.
Customer Support
All of our plans in Frankli include in-app chat and email support. We also provide customers with access to our online help centre, how-to articles & videos, frequent thought leadership pieces on employee engagement and performance management.
Do you have a starting agreement size?
If you're on the $0 plan, there's no starting annual agreement. For paid plans, the starting annual agreement is $2,000.
Integrations
We currently offer integrations via Single Sign-on (SSO), Microsoft teams, Microsoft Outlook, GSuite and Slack. We also offer a wide range of custom HRIS integrations based on our customer needs, as per the pricing plan options.
Do you offer discounts for non-profit organisations?
We do offer discounts to non-profit organisations. Please contact our sales team at hello@frankli.io to activate this discount.
Onboarding
Implementation in Frankli is seamless and straightforward. We take the hassle out of the process by allowing you to bulk upload and invite your people to Frankli. Once online, we will enable you to tailor the product to suit your needs through your Admin dashboard.
