After using this chatbot or rather NLP generator , i have kind of mixed feelings, i like the features like having import features of steps and questions and answers for training the NLP, then having direct scratch creation of the NLP, but its kind of time consuming yet near to accuracy based on what are you training the chatbot nlp.

I have found Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) the most effective as it helps deal with piles of documents and extract data with good precision. The chatbots are not adaptable to be integrated into our line of work. There is a need for us to have closer control over the flow of the conversation for one to deliver an excellent customer experience in a specific industry which the software cannot offer. I have not had any challenges using this software , it has all the qualities i need and so far everything is so good. I love each and every feature on this software. I love this platform because of following multiple reason:

1. As a freight broker we usually have to read and recod load of docs, using this platform that process become vary easy.

2. API can be genrated easily; so very easy to integarte with corrent process.

3. I use it daily in my process.
