I really like how natural the Ban Mai voice sounds in their VoiceMaker Platform. It’s clear, engaging, and much closer to a real human voice than many other AI text-to-speech tools I’ve tried. What I like the most is how easy and fast it is to create an AI Agent, even for someone who does not have deep technical knowledge. I was able to build internal agents such as an HR Agent and a Training Agent in about 10 minutes. The agent learns quite well from the provided materials and helps answer common internal questions automatically. Currently, the platform mainly supports chat-based AI Agents. If you want to create voice-based agents, you need to use another product from their ecosystem. FPT AI Chatbot is very easy to set up and deploy. The platform can handle a large volume of user requests at the same time while still maintaining low latency, which is very important for customer-facing services. Another strong point is its ability to understand Vietnamese very well. After training the chatbot with our data, it was also able to understand game-related terminology quite effectively.
