What do you like best about FPT.AI?

Working in a bank’s customer service call center means dealing with a constant high volume of calls every day. Using FPT AI Voice Agents has helped us manage this pressure much more effectively.

The system can handle large volumes of inbound calls while also supporting outbound campaigns like customer satisfaction surveys. This allows us to maintain consistent communication with customers without overloading the team. What do you dislike about FPT.AI?
