What do you like best about Force24?

I use Force24 for email marketing and I like its ease of use. I trust the platform and appreciate that help from the team is always on hand. I value the email design and segmentation features, which allow me to get bulk branded emails and our content out easily and quickly. The initial setup was super helpful and Force24 clearly had much better features and extra support compared to Campaign Monitor, which we used before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Force24?

I find some of the usability in Force24 to be good. The campaign builder is straightforward and vital for our marketing communications, letting me easily message segments of the audience with one-off messages. It's very easy to work through when sending these types of emails. Even though the email builder has a few quirks, it's manageable to use. I appreciate the ability to segment our audience and rely on automations, helping us deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. What do you dislike about Force24?

The campaign builder could do with optimization, especially the ability to select a segment and exclude from a send, which would be really helpful. The email builder can be unresponsive and sometimes needs several reloads to work properly. The contacts section is annoying; it's tough to make changes or duplicate once a segment is created, despite it being great for identifying a subset of people. The contacts search is difficult, particularly when using time frames on custom objects, as the wording can lead to misinterpretation, like with 'on or after x time.' The journey builder has limitations that can be annoying, and the settings can feel restrictive when setting up specific automations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
