Force 24 have mastered giving their users the ability to build nice looking, easy to digest emails that land as they should look in inboxes. **What do you dislike about Force24?** There is nothing that I dislike about this product. **What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Force 24 allows us to send communication via email that gets into inboxes, looks good and provides insightful information about our marketing campaigns. In addition to the capabilities that Force24 gives us - they have a brilliant, friendly and professional service desk. ### 2. Minor teething problems that were soon sorted out between us. **What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** A better and deeper analysis and understanding of prospect engagement. Since engagement, our direct email marketing results have quadrupled. ### 3. It's alright **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** May 24, 2019 **What do you like best about Force24?** It has a lot of interconnected bits for each channel, most of which serve me and my clients' needs particularly well. And I also find that they're committed to the sectors of my client base, which is a nice touch for our agency offering. Force24 also offers a fairly good mix of both automated campaigns and journey manager set ups, though you might need some time to figure out what you want to use. The support is strong, a very friendly staff - UK centric and northern, which will please a certain population of the British Isles, no end. It's something they should take pride in, and do in their own marketing. Rightly so, says I. **What do you dislike about Force24?** No social media functionality, which is sold separately. They tend to use terminology not particularly common within inbound or automation. What is the point of calling them microsites? They're landing pages. No need for it. It can also be a bit cumbersome to figure out the different parts. It feels like a lot of options but should be more simplistic in nature, but this is only a minor quibble as opposed to a full-on moan. **Recommendations to others considering Force24:** I think they're heading the right way. Give them a shot. **What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inbound marketing and marketing automation in a candidate placement capacity. They're committed to the sectors of my client base, which is a nice touch for our agency offering, though perhaps somewhat limited and niche for others. Force24 offers both automated campaigns and journey manager setups, though you might need some time to figure out what you want to use. Give it time. UK centric, which is something they should take pride in, and do in their own marketing. **What do you dislike about Force24?** The social media functionality has to be purchased separately, which is a bit of a problem for the true promotion of your automation mechanisms and inbound goals. It can be a bit frustrating to understand the different parts. There's a chance to simplify the platform in the future, which I hope they get to. The microsite concept is a bit odd: coming from a HubSpot background, you just want to have your landing page mechanisms in one place. The microsite notion seems to overcomplicate things. **Recommendations to others considering Force24:** Give it a shot if you work in professional services. It would work best if you also got their social media platform, but make sure that such a purchase isn't cost prohibitive for you to do so. **What problems is Force24 solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are delivering inbound marketing and marketing automation for the clients of our agency. The process of realizing those benefits is early days for the moment, so I'll check in in the future. ### 14. Good Ease of access.
