What do you like best about Folks HR?

Ease of use. Many features available. Information is centralized and it's easier to find documents. I use Folks HR every day, it's our reference for everything related to employee files. Sales support is excellent. We have not yet implemented the platform with all employees because we have not finished the integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Folks HR?

No integration of Indeed with the ATS platform at the moment. It negatively impacts our experience.

Long to integrate all the features.

Customer support is less interesting. Everything is done by email, no way to reach someone by phone for a quick question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
