I like the platform. For a few months, they had issues with google for our PPC, and I am having issues when a lead calls in after I outbound from their system. It is a little bit of a sore subject for me as I had several calls back through the FP number, and it just says lead called, no one answered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

sometimes its hard to find something to dislike about the product. i like everything about this item. i guess that if i had to pick one thing about the product which i disliked it would ne the in ability to do split screen comparisons and analysis. instead you have to toggle back and fourth between the two pages. The program is limited in many ways. We have to choose something that may not be accurate as far as a type. There should be something that is called OTHER. I use this as a CRM and it doesn't allow for a vendor or other choices need to be different. HOT COLD WARM instead of NURTURE I would use nurture for my sphere or neighbors not sure why they do not have a couple other choices and a WARM lead.

There is no user friendly app. To be on the road as an agent and not be able to text out of an app is extremely difficult to have to load the desktop version and click through a bunch of menus while trying to drive... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
