The support and the way that it can connect calls and emails so that notes go in automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Firepoint? The program is limited in many ways. We have to choose something that may not be accurate as far as a type. There should be something that is called OTHER. I use this as a CRM and it doesn't allow for a vendor or other choices need to be different. HOT COLD WARM instead of NURTURE I would use nurture for my sphere or neighbors not sure why they do not have a couple other choices and a WARM lead. I think is is super expensive. I like the fact that we can see who is looking at listings and who is not. It does the basics you’d expect like organize contacts but it’s not intuitive and rather clunky and laborious when you’re trying to make batch processes. I have been disappointed in this product which gets such acclaim but does not meet the expectations I had for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Firepoint? Everything. After calling 100 people I wanted to mark them all as having been touched but there was no bulk way to do that. There is no mobile app. No CRM in 2018 should lack a mobile app. I found this CRM to be incredibly incapable of meeting my expectations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
