One of the things I lie best about UniFi is its centralized management interface. Being able to oversee and configure all our networking devices from one place has greatly simplifies our network management tasks. And the scalability of UniFi is appreciated. Whether we need to expand our WI-Fi coverage or add more switches to our network, UniFi allows us to easily scale up our infrastructure without major disruptions. The vertical and horizontal integration of all communication infrastructure, networks, security, and identity into a very simple interface, full of functionality and without costs associated with licensing.

I have had some delays in dealing with technical support with Ubiquiti, but that is the trade off for the price savings and ease-of-use of their products, I would assume. In my experience a ticket I opened took a few days for a response and by that time we had figured out the solution ourselves. This was related to their 16 port PoE switches.
