This helps to avoid having multiple versions of the same file and also avoids having to overload your computer with downloads.     "OnBase: Organization at its best!: OnBase makes my job incredibly easy! Gone are the days where I can't find the file I need quickly, or have to search through several folders, or even take a long time to scan multiple documents into a student's file. OnBase's batch scanning and file organization makes everyone's job at our college better. While a student is front of me, I can search their ID and immediately see every document they've ever submitted. Also, while scanning in multiple documents for multiple students, with the "Pre-Index" option, I am able to quickly index over 50 documents in 5 minutes or less. Amazing!"

Zoho Docs is a next-generation cloud document storage and editing service. I use this software a lot in my work because it has aspects that enhance my labor production placing me on a par with the most quoted professionals in my company. This software has many interesting options that I use in my work such as on, previewing documents from the computer or mobile device, this allows me to do a lot of work from wherever I am, I just have to activate my application Zoho Docs and view documents. Another invaluable aspect for me is that I can edit documents simultaneously in the cloud, this transforms Zoho Docs into a unique and irreplaceable software. I have recently expanded our use of PaperSave to utilize the built-in capabilities of Workflow and have expanded Workflow with the added module of Auto-Entry.     "Great storage - could use a faster interface: Documentum is great for easily uploading files into a single storage file. There are so many tags you can put on each file so that they are easy to find later. You can search and store by date, time, file name, student information, etc. The best part is being able to sort through information based on different tags. It is also great that we are able to work from so many different computers and administrators using this. It makes it highly collaborative. "
