**What do you like best about Experia?**

Experia is a customer relations management software company. They provide a chatbot and integrate all social media platforms into one, making it easy for businesses to manage their customer relations. I especially like how Experia provides a chatbot. This allows businesses to take care of customer inquiries and complaints quickly and easily. Moreover, Experia's integration of all social media platforms into one makes it easy for businesses to keep track of their customer interactions across multiple channels. Experia's chatbot and social media integration are two big reasons why I recommend their services to businesses

after 24 hours of a conversation, it may close but Experia provides a template to begin a new conversation
