I like the fact that the claimants like using it while all the detail is captured at entry level and automatically posted to the financials. The big advantage over other on line expenses systems is that tax intelligence is built in thereby maximising VAT recovery while making HMRC inspections a breeze. Any skill level can use the system as it is highly intuitive and I have yet to meet the claimant or processor who has difficulties. Bespoke controls can be built in to address for example late or out of policy claims making life easier for approvers and giving clarity to claimants. The scanning and attachment of receipts to the claims is a seamless process and keeps all HMRC inspectors and auditors very happy while eliminating time filing and archiving paper. The remote access is great and claims can be approved across the globe - any time - any place. Business journeys are also dealt with automatically with on line maps and lots of journey options and the fact that claims can be stored and updated daily gives claimants great flexibility. New claimants recruited from global much larger companies than ours have actually taken the time to tell me how much easier life is for them with this system!
