Value for money **What problems is ExpenSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Mainly having flexibility in anything and everything on the app and being tax intelligent in anything we do. ### 3. It is management software which manage the employees tax complaint questions and answers. **What do you dislike about ExpenSys?** It takes the time to resolve the tax complaint. Sometimes OCR feature did not work properly. **What problems is ExpenSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have to check the software time to time so that we don't waste the time to resolve the query of client. ### 4. The big advantage over other on line expenses systems is that tax intelligence is built in thereby maximising VAT recovery while making HMRC inspections a breeze. Any skill level can use the system as it is highly intuitive and I have yet to meet the claimant or processor who has difficulties. Bespoke controls can be built in to address for example late or out of policy claims making life easier for approvers and giving clarity to claimants. The scanning and attachment of receipts to the claims is a seamless process and keeps all HMRC inspectors and auditors very happy while eliminating time filing and archiving paper. The remote access is great and claims can be approved across the globe - any time - any place. Business journeys are also dealt with automatically with on line maps and lots of journey options and the fact that claims can be stored and updated daily gives claimants great flexibility. New claimants recruited from global much larger companies than ours have actually taken the time to tell me how much easier life is for them with this system! Makes everyone happy which is unusual in the world of claiming expenses and gives finance lots of credibility! **What do you dislike about ExpenSys?** It is difficult to think of anything I dislike about the system. **Recommendations to others considering ExpenSys:** Just do it! **What problems is ExpenSys solving and how is that benefiting you?** Late expense claims no longer exist.No more unclaimed VAT on claims due to lack of information. Cost Control and better budgeting of travel and subsistence with complete visibility through reporting. Ability to supply data for compliance with environmental reports for example instant access to air fares claimed and fuel on company cars. Reduced headcount.
