The Excel Hire team is very supportive, especially Bhuvana. She has always guided me properly and is readily available whenever I need assistance. Their software is also very easy to use compared to other ATS platforms, and the integration process has been smooth and handled very professionally. The overall performance has been excellent. Their team is always proactive in addressing challenges and providing quick solutions. Additionally, their pricing is very cost-effective, making Excel Hire a great choice for recruitment needs. Excelhire has greatly enhanced our technical recruitment process and HRM by making them faster, more organized, and much easier to handle. What impresses me most is its straightforwardness. The interface is uncluttered, and navigating between job postings, candidate tracking, AI and live interviews, as well as vendor coordination, is effortless. Implementation was remarkably smooth — the onboarding process required minimal setup and our team was up and running in no time. The customer support team deserves special mention; they respond quickly, understand our needs, and often go the extra mile to ensure everything runs seamlessly. Integration with our existing tools and workflows, including email, calendar, and HR systems, was equally effortless, allowing data to flow naturally without disruptions. Excelhire saves us several hours each week by automating routine tasks like resume parsing, updating communications, and tracking compliance. The analytics dashboard offers immediate insights into our hiring metrics, helping us make more informed, data-driven choices.
