What I like most about Exatom is the level of detail it provides on form usage. Instead of only looking at forms on a high level, Exatom allows you to analyze interaction per individual field. You can clearly see how long users take to complete fields, where they run into issues, how often errors occur, and which error messages are triggered. This makes it possible to optimize forms very precisely based on real data and user behavior. Combined with session replay, Exatom becomes even more powerful. Data alone doesn’t always tell the full story, but being able to watch what actually goes wrong in a session helps you draw better insights and turn them into concrete improvements. Exatom is a fairly extensive tool, which means that at times it can take some searching to find the right data or determine which insights to focus on. The onboarding and academy are clear and helpful, but translating all available data into the right conclusions sometimes still requires experience. Exatom provides validated insights into visitor behavior in the form. This data is examined form-wide, but also at the field level. The difference with other form analytic tools is that Exatom offers excellent support in correctly setting up the tool and validating the data. Data validation is highly prioritized by them for the most reliable insights into the contact form, checkout, quote form, you name it. Additionally, you can not only view relevant data insights per field, but there is also an option to view a session recording of a specific field. It would be nice if the tool could also be used entirely in Dutch. Initially, we had some issues with data validation for one of our clients with a complex quotation form. Exatom provided good support in this regard. However, there were some session recordings where visitor data could be traced back. By using Exatom, we were able to gain more detailed insights into potential bottlenecks in our forms compared to other tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar. Very helpful are insights such as error-rate, hesitation time, autofill, interaction time per step and by field. The implementation of the tool was incredibly easy and whenever we needed support, assistance was provided instantly. Exatom recognizes your forms based on FormID. Initially, we encountered some difficulties in accurately mapping the flow of our funnel. However, with the assistance of Exatom, we were able to resolve the issue, making the interpretation of the data much easier.
