There is nothing at this point that we dislike about ExactEstate. Any issues or concerns have been escalated to upper management and the owners and have either been fixed, changed, or custom-coded to meet our needs.

Our biggest issue is customizing workorders so they can be initiated and verified by both internal and external parties without exposing confidential info to the external parties.

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

I recently started using the online rent payment system, and it has been a fantastic experience! The process is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. The team did a great job in setting up our accounts and now tenants are quickly paying their rents online. 
The system is reliable and always up-to-date, which gives me peace of mind knowing that payments will be processed smoothly and on time. I also appreciate the convenience of being able to view payment history and manage accounts from anywhere.
Customer service has been excellent as well; they are responsive and helpful whenever I have questions. Overall, this online rent payment system has made managing rental payments hassle-free and efficient. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a modern and convenient way to handle their rent payments.

**What do you dislike about ExactEstate?**

The only downside is not being able to choose different dates for automatic rent withdrawals.

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

As a leasing agent and a new user of ExactEstate, the software makes it easy for me to help residents as quickly and simply as possible. I can always find the information I need to give support in a timely manner. ExactEstate makes it easy for me to turn prospects from a third party into leads in our system. I can use the software during every workday. It allows me to provide customer support to residents with ease. It takes minimal training to understand and get the software down pat.

**What do you dislike about ExactEstate?**

ExactEstate is a great software, I don't have any complaints.

**What problems is ExactEstate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a leasing consultant, ExactEstate eases the everyday workload. It allows residents to navigate freely, create work orders, pay rent, etc., without having to wait for staff assistance. It helps me by allowing me more time to work on other things that need to be done in the office day to day.

The platform is very user-friendly and accommodates the various and growing needs of property management, HOA, residents, and more. 

Customer support experience has been very responsive, accommodating, consistently, and friendly. Highly recommended!

More training / transition / support is needed for new users (property management, HOA board, and residents).

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

The thing I like the most about Exact Estate is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 4 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use. There are many reports that can be generated and functions that can be completed that you can't necessarily do in Yardi, Onesite, etc. I use Exact Estate frequently and can use it almost anywhere. It is easy to implement new ideas. I enjoy the simplicity of how exact estate integrated with the residents so tenants can pay online and request a maintenance workorder.

**What do you dislike about ExactEstate?**

There is nothing least helpful or dislikes with Exact Estate if I am stuck about anything Exact Estate has a tool for me to use immediately to help and guide me through any hiccups I may have.

**What problems is ExactEstate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a rent charge issue and I was able to get that fixed immediately. It benefited me and the tenant because I did not have to wait days or hours. I was happy, most importantly my tenant was happy!

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

When we were told we were changing our property management software, I panicked. However, ExactEstate was a simple and efficient transition. We were able to train our staff and implement the software all in the same day. I use this software daily and I am able to do everything I need to do with only a few clicks. I am able to post payments, do renewals, make work orders, and more! If I ever have a question, I can always reference the user guide to find my answer. This system was very simple to integrate into our staff's everyday use. ExactEstate is by far the simplest and most efficient property management software around.

**What do you dislike about ExactEstate?**

In the last few years using ExactEstate, I have found nothing that I dislike about it.

ExactEstate runs all the reports I need without me having to use separate software. This benefits me because I am more efficient at my job since I do not have to manually run reports individually.

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

Being new to ExactEstate, I was surprised by the ease of use and how easily I could independently navigate the software on my own without needing a lot of help to understand and work with it, especially being new to leasing. I also appreciate having everything on one platform to turn leads into applicants.

I can't access some of the features such as 'make ready' board or the 'preleased' list

It helps me see everything I need from prospect to move in.

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

Migrating from Onesite to ExactEstate for my Property Management needs and I must say, it has been a game-changer. One of the things I Love about ExactEstate is the convenience of accessing it from both my computer and phone. This allows me to stay on top of my property management tasks no matter where I am.<br><br>Another Standout feature Of ExactEstate is its exceptional customer support. They are available 24/7 and always ready to assist with any questions or concerns that may arise. This level of support gives me a peace of mind knowing that I can rely on them whenever I need assistance.

**What do you dislike about ExactEstate?**

Overall, I have yet to find anything to dislike about ExactEstate. All of the Functionalities work perfectly for me. I highly recommend ExactEstate to any Property Manager looking for a Reliable and user-friendly solution.

**What do you like best about ExactEstate?**

I love how user friendly Exact Estate is. I use it daily and from the first use - I had it down. Which is saying a lot for me - haha. The jobs I do used to take me logging in to multiple sites - now those are all in one place.

As of now - there isn't anything I dislike about Exact Estate...

The different tasks I do for property management are now all in one place

It is very easy to use and self explanatory it has all the tools and more then any other system i have used in this career! it is much easier to use then alot of other softwares and makes it a good work day being able to depend on its software working efficiently

The convenience of having all the necessary tools to run your property smoothly. The implementation is easy, everything at your fingertips.

This software is user friendly for all employees and simple to navigate through reports. Customer support has been outstanding with quick response time.

We are at the onboarding stage and so far, this program seems very user friendly. Matt Hoskins, the owner is very knowledgeable, always responds quickly to your questions and seems readily available to all your needs. Good customer support.

Only downside is using a second system for subsidy practices but they link together all information. Once again only at onboarding stage.

**What problems is ExactEstate solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with HUD Section 8 program for all multi-family leasing and financial needs.
