I recently started using the online rent payment system, and it has been a fantastic experience! The process is incredibly straightforward and user-friendly. The team did a great job in setting up our accounts and now tenants are quickly paying their rents online.

The thing I like the most about Exact Estate is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 4 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use. There are many reports that can be generated and functions that can be completed that you can't necessarily do in Yardi, Onesite, etc. I use Exact Estate frequently and can use it almost anywhere. It is easy to implement new ideas. I enjoy the simplicity of how exact estate integrated with the residents so tenants can pay online and request a maintenance workorder. When we were told we were changing our property management software, I panicked. However, ExactEstate was a simple and efficeint trnasition. We were able to train our staff and implement the software all in the same day. I use this software daily and I am able to do eveything I need to do everything with only a few clicks. I am able to post payments, do renewals, make work orders, and more! If I ever have a question, I can always refernce the user guide to find my answer. This sysemt was very simple to intergrate into our staffs everyday use. ExactEstate is by far the simpliest and most effecient property management software around.
