The thing I like the most about Exact Estate is how user friendly and easy it is to use. I have used at least 4 other property management softwares and none are as easy to use. There are many reports that can be generated and functions that can be completed that you can't necessarily do in Yardi, Onesite, etc. I use Exact Estate frequently and can use it almost anywhere. It is easy to implement new ideas. I enjoy the simplicity of how exact estate integrated with the residents so tenants can pay online and request a maintenance workorder. There is nothing least helpful or dislikes with Exact Estate if I am stuck about anything Exact Estate has a tool for me to use immidaitley to help and guide me through any hiccups I may have. However, ExactEstate was a simple and efficeint trnasition. We were able to train our staff and implement the software all in the same day. I use this software daily and I am able to do eveything I need to do everything with only a few clicks. I am able to post payments, do renewals, make work orders, and more! If I ever have a question, I can always refernce the user guide to find my answer. This sysemt was very simple to intergrate into our staffs everyday use.
