What do you like best about EspoCRM?

Even though some functions are paid, the free tier is amazing and lets me create unique ways to interact with my leads. I was also able to build a more personalized connection with other software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about EspoCRM?

I love the code-free customization for every workflow in EspoCRM. It's amazing how intuitive and easy it is to create custom pipeline stages, entities, and fields without needing a developer. The ability for non-technical users to build fully custom workflows quickly is a huge advantage for us. The automated workflows and triggers are also great for eliminating repetitive tasks, which is really helpful. I appreciate being able to design role-based dashboards and views with drag-and-drop ease. The initial setup was surprisingly accessible and balanced well between immediate functionality and early customization options without needing any code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about EspoCRM?

I find it challenging that a US B2B service team can’t trigger an SMS follow-up for a lead booking a discovery call directly within EspoCRM. We have to use a third-party tool like Twilio and then manually log the SMS in EspoCRM. Also, for a D2C brand, creating a dynamic segment for something like 'US East Coast customers who purchased in the last 30 days' to run a regional promotion is impossible without exporting a CSV from EspoCRM and uploading it to a third-party email tool.
