I love the code-free customization for every workflow in EspoCRM. It's amazing how intuitive and easy it is to create custom pipeline stages, entities, and fields without needing a developer. The ability for non-technical users to build fully custom workflows quickly is a huge advantage for us. The automated workflows and triggers are also great for eliminating repetitive tasks, which is really helpful. I appreciate being able to design role-based dashboards and views with drag-and-drop ease. I find it challenging that a US B2B service team can’t trigger an SMS follow-up for a lead booking a discovery call directly within EspoCRM. We have to use a third-party tool like Twilio and then manually log the SMS in EspoCRM. Also, for a D2C brand, creating a dynamic segment for something like 'US East Coast customers who purchased in the last 30 days' to run a regional promotion is impossible without exporting a CSV from EspoCRM and uploading it to a third-party email tool.
