Broad, but not deep enough to be usable

eSilentPARTNER offers – or at least purports to offer – everything you need to run an ad agency. And the support team is more than responsive, if not given that much to work with.

Not the friendliest database out there...

Strictly speaking from a user standpoint and not an administrator or someone who has compiled the modules that we use, it's not the most intuitive software for project management. I feel that there are much better options for creative project management that are currently available. Maybe the features that would improve our user experience exist in the program, but we have not utilized them?
