While the platform is strong overall, we see a few areas for improvement. Under the comparison segment, having a cycle-to-cycle comparison would make it easier to visualize trends and identify ups and downs over time. A standardized naming for drivers across survey cycles and entities would also help ensure consistency and clarity in tracking. We’d love to see an anonymous 1-on-1 chat feature that allows HR to directly connect with employees for open-ended feedback, as this is currently limited to direct managers. Lastly, having built-in strategy suggestions or next-step recommendations based on data insights would further empower HR to take timely and targeted action. Not a dislike, definitely. But more flexibility in the communications that are to be sent out to employees - templates are helpful but allowing adjustments, where required, can make it better. The platform provides a user-friendly dashboard that allows me to view overall engagement scores, performance indicators on factors that drive or influence engagement, including employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS). Apart from displaying data and information gathered from internal company surveys, EngageRocket conducts regular webinars to share data insights across various industries, offering good reference benchmark for me to gauge how my company has performed in relative terms.
