Support team is always prompt, polite and ever enthusiastic - even under tight timelines and odd questions. But more flexibility in the communications that are to be sent out to employees - templates are helpful but allowing adjustments, where required, can make it better. Tracking completion rates at real time, sending reminders at two clicks of a button and generating individual reports has never been easier. EngageRocket offerings is tailored for multiple stakeholder - from employees, managers, management and as well as board. Management dashboard is amazing. Most importantly, it is relevant to current market trend/business needs. As a self service user, its not difficult to navigate the creation & uploading. The analytics page also provides sufficient and comprehensive insights to each survey which allows us to see results easily. Moreover the customer success team's assistance is very prompt & helpful in helping to navigate and troubleshoot errors. **What do you dislike about EngageRocket?** Not much to dislike about the platform. (Qualify that we have yet to try this feature) - perhaps a downloadable powerpoint version of the survey results can be generated with a click of a button or even a feature that can allow for comparisons over a period of time would be very helpful. **What problems is EngageRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Ease of gathering sentiments from the ground. ### 27.
