Analytics and the assessment of individual profiles are helpful to not just the employees but also the employer to understand better at an org-wide or individual level. Support team is always prompt, polite and ever enthusiastic - even under tight timelines and odd questions. But more flexibility in the communications that are to be sent out to employees - templates are helpful but allowing adjustments, where required, can make it better. Also, the ability to preview the communications prior will be very useful to the checking process prior release. **What problems is EngageRocket solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating the 360 Feedback process. Tracking completion rates at real time, sending reminders at two clicks of a button and generating individual reports has never been easier. If given the option, the employees can review the report on their own accord and manage action items on their own on the platform- which is a function that I hope we will be able to explore. ### 9. Apart from displaying data and information gathered from internal company surveys, EngageRocket conducts regular webinars to share data insights across various industries, offering good reference benchmark for me to gauge how my company has performed in relative terms.
