The insights are also easy to understand and actionable, and the platform’s suggested questions are thoughtful and practical, making it much simpler to design and run surveys and performance reviews effectively. In practice, feedback often comes from stakeholders with varying levels of relevance, context, or seniority. Allowing inputs to be weighted accordingly would make the overall evaluation more nuanced and reflective of actual impact. The customizable survey templates and comparisons are useful to identify improvement areas quickly. The support and responsiveness of customer success team is also highly appreciated. Under the comparison segment, having a cycle-to-cycle comparison would make it easier to visualize trends and identify ups and downs over time. A standardized naming for drivers across survey cycles and entities would also help ensure consistency and clarity in tracking. We’d love to see an anonymous 1-on-1 chat feature that allows HR to directly connect with employees for open-ended feedback, as this is currently limited to direct managers. Setting up employee surveys were never easier - having a questions bank to help you navigate on the attritbutes that is meaningful to the company without having to search high and low for suitably phrased questions. Analytics and the assessment of individual profiles are helpful to not just the employees but also the employer to understand better at an org-wide or individual level. But more flexibility in the communications that are to be sent out to employees - templates are helpful but allowing adjustments, where required, can make it better. Tracking completion rates at real time, sending reminders at two clicks of a button and generating individual reports has never been easier. If given the option, the employees can review the report on their own accord and manage action items on their own on the platform- which is a function that I hope we will be able to explore. The platform provides a user-friendly dashboard that allows me to view overall engagement scores, performance indicators on factors that drive or influence engagement, including employee Net Promotor Score (eNPS). Apart from displaying data and information gathered from internal company surveys, EngageRocket conducts regular webinars to share data insights across various industries, offering good reference benchmark for me to gauge how my company has performed in relative terms. As my company comprises employees from different countires, it would be great if EngageRocket can provide a international language translator function to provide that personal touch and clarity for employees who may not be fully conversant with English.
