Ender Turing has become a valuable part of our Zendesk-based support ecosystem. We especially appreciate the automatic transcription of voice calls into text and the ability to process chats and social media messages seamlessly. One of the biggest advantages is the generation of summaries directly within Zendesk – this helps our agents quickly understand the context without going through full conversations.
