Ender Turing has become a valuable part of our Zendesk-based support ecosystem. We especially appreciate the automatic transcription of voice calls into text and the ability to process chats and social media messages seamlessly. One of the biggest advantages is the generation of summaries directly within Zendesk – this helps our agents quickly understand the context without going through full conversations. The integration process was smooth, and the Ender Turing team has been very responsive and supportive throughout the setup.

So far, we haven’t experienced any significant drawbacks. Whenever we needed help or had questions about optimization, the support team was always ready to assist.

The most valuable aspect for me is the ability to quickly navigate and find the exact part of the call I need. What I liked most is how easy and intuitive Ender Turing is. Even with minimal experience, it’s easy to get started. The automatic handling of inquiries, highlighting of key moments in conversations, and the ability to get a clear overview make work much easier.

While I haven’t had the chance to utilize all the platform’s capabilities, the features I have engaged with are intuitive and easy to navigate.

Previously, analyzing service quality was time-consuming — manually listening to calls or reading full message threads. Thanks to Ender Turing, this process became much faster. Now we can focus not on the routine but on real insights that impact service quality.
Additionally, we’ve finally started acting on an idea: surprising guests based on their previously shared preferences. We’re confident it will create a “wow” effect and make our service even warmer and more personalized.

I really like the flexibility of the tool. I can easily collect and analyse the queries I need from guests without listening to thousands of conversations. It's a magical tool and every month we come up with new ways to use it. The interface is intuitive and simple, it was easy for me to implement and easy to train my employees. I also really like the fast and efficient support.

Lower level of Czech language skills, sometimes system malfunctions, at the beginning a rather extensive setup is needed to make everything work

Overall, this tool helps us in improving the process of evaluating the quality of communication, faster feedback and follow-up communication. Overall ET is very easy to use and extremely beneficial to speed up the performance analysis within the CX department. 

ET helps automating a lot of the manual work we come across daily, whilst still having that human touch. The UI is very easy to manouvre and promotes input from all parties involved. 

Furthermore the team is very helpful in creating the ideal setup that your department requires.

To this point there are no flaws with the tool. If we run across some issues in the setup, the team is there to help us out.

I like the fact that you can search for conversations by the specified tags. The scorecard is easy to use and change, it can be customized to suit your needs. I also like the ability to leave comments on conversations. In general, the functionality is useful and convenient.

Sometimes there is a problem with speech recognition. But it often depends on the quality of the recorded call. No further problems were found during use. The system is constantly being improved.

Certain time limitations that exist when applying new tags to previously received data. You need to make a retagging.

Search for a call by criteria: time, keywords, type of conversation. Easy collection of call statistics, separation of operators into teams. Ability to conduct online training and testing. I can see all conversations without time-saving limits. Ability to "read" a call thanks to transcription.

I didn't find any parts that I dislike. The program is easy to use.

I have now pisibility to quicky search calls with literally any criteria ( even with just 1 keyword). And it is easy to get analytics for different words or prases: statistics, quality measurements, frequency, mostly mentioned, list mentioned,etc.

It is an excellent decision with AI for quality monitoring of all customers consultations via different channels. The system allows to receive scoring in real time of every conversation. It allows to identify problems implement the solution for improvement. Also, the system has a really useful options of trainings.

I can’t identify what I don’t like. The system is really useful, maybe it is necessary to develop some additional features.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

Ender Turing solution is very user-friendly and easy to use in daily basic. They have implemented a few new solutions allowing us make some automations in analysys, create a kowledge base, training slots. We have had a few new requiremetns because of our taks differences  (neccesary to separate team analysis area) and it was provided very qucikly and as accurate as we need. Customer service is all the time on very high level despite long time of cooperation - ET is focused on their customers.

System is still developing and not every services works well but they have reacted very fast at all "trouble" situations.
Because of our language specification, for long time we had face with speach recognision trouble - at now it works well.

We have requested a new idea/solution we need to improve out controling system and it was ready during 2 weeks from request.
ET have made a hudge progress into speach recognison because fot long time it was Achilles' heel.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

Ender Turing provides an almost infinite number of possibilities. It's not just a speech recognition tool, but an entire system for analyzing conversations: tone of voice, emotion and everything that was or wasn't said in the conversation.
Nothing is impossible for the ET team, and every idea for developing the tool is a challenge, not an obstacle.
I especially like the new solution for creating a knowledge base, training programs and quizzes.

There is no such thing that I don't like. Sometimes I just can't wait for a new solution to be ready :)

Ender Turing provides better and faster insight into conversations and helps to save time. Thanks to automatization, it can also do what a human being cannot do. ET has allowed us to improve sales results and the quality of customer service.

it's easy to see my work results, my strong sides and leaknesses. I can analyse my work and do work better. Improve myself. Easy to integrate to the browser.

Works good as the system studies how to analyse our cases. There is nthing I would dislike.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

The best thing in ET is icredible level of automatization. During several month we have been transforming imense of routine tasks from manual to automatic shedule.

Specialy i like possibilities to work with data. Now i can perform any information almost imidietly. Before ET we needed a lot of time for same analyze.

**What do you dislike about Ender Turing?**

I want see more level of speech recognition. Now we have acceptable level, but we are working  to improve it to excellent numbers. 

Mostly we can see problem in sentences from bilingual client (when he/she use words from different languages at once). Without it - no issues.

**What problems is Ender Turing solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think ET is the brilliant instrument from Call Centre Senior Team. And ET can be used for almost any task and resolving problem from them. Example: coaching, controling, analyzing  searching information, collection data etc.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

Ender Turing is very useful in my work during quality control of conversations, because of the high quality of transcription of conversations I work much faster and more conveniently, the system is easy to use, transparent and it is easy to make your own changes and new ideas to it. Very important is the very high quality of support, in case of the slightest doubt we can count on fast and professional help from Ender Turing.

It significantly accelerated the assessment of the quality of conversations, allows for quick control of calls, problems, searching for topics that interest me, creating playlists with sample calls for employees, which is especially important in home office work.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

What I like in ET is opportunity to easy coaching operators. I work with calls so I need check immense of conversations every day. It's difficult task. Ender Turing can help me quickly find problem, scoring call and than send feedback to operator. And even more. ET is scoring some part of call automatically. So all what I need it's sometimes recheck robot work.

**What do you dislike about Ender Turing?**

I don't know maybe it's only our local specific. But sometimes we have trouble with speech recognition. It's connected sometimes with bad connection, with external noise or mistakes in client speech.

I resolve with ET:
- controlling operators work
- find problem in operators skills
- send feedback 
- analyze progress of operators
- collect data (like best calls, bad calls, typical mistakes etc)

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

We start to analyze Call Centre in unusual side. Like "terra incognita" we discover new possibilities to analytiks. For example we start mesure % of agent talks, % cross talk, % separete tags or even separete words. We have highlighted a lot of problem in our operators work and procesess in general.

**What do you dislike about Ender Turing?**

I want to have more automatization during collect the information. 

Of course Ender Turing could be possible to build dinami dashboards, and its very comfortable, but some of infromation we estimate manualy.

I'm analitik of consolidation infromation, Ender Turing help me to prepare reports EVERYDAY. 

Now i use ET almost in each of my tasks.

Generally its peport about efficient operators, sales, and quality of service.

The best thing about Ender Turing is save time to control, estimete and provide feedbacks.
Its really important for me, because i have to work witm my operators group which including more than 10 employee's. I dont have enough time to check all of group and Ender Turing help me a lot here.

No issues.

Some technical bags with chat integration but i can't say that it was critical problem in my everyday work. Especially, company-provider resolved them very quickly.

**What do you like best about Ender Turing?**

We are using ET in several direction. 

Service.

We have had the best expirience here. Work under quality operators calls and chats. Due to this we have made the highest results of our Call Centres NPS research. 

Sales.

We cannot used ET widely with our circumstances (war in Ukraine) , but we have increased parameters like Offer rate and conversion % to maximum. We are waiting the high result in future.

Analytics.

Awesome expirience to research our clients. During last two months we have made about ten big research about our products and clients problem. before this project we needed more time/resources for research like this (in 3-4-x more)

**What do you dislike about Ender Turing?**

Its not problems but points which i want to mention.

We need time for system, it's absolutely less resourse than work without system, but ET needs time.

If you have different team with absolutely different specifics of work, you need two different server. Because separete settings can make problem in statistics. Colleagues from ET obviously help you here.

The Ender Turing program provides many opportunities among others to improve the quality of conversations.
It allows you to verify the entire conversation , evaluate it in different categories , depending on the trainer.
The information contained in the program is clear and easy to read, the time of the conversation is given and even the data for searching the case in the system.
Evaluation of the conversation allows us to correct mistakes and make our work more efficient and more effective.

Ender is very usefull to develope our skills in the debt collection call department. Besides quality control of conversations there are place for trainings and playlists that help you achieve a higher level of conversations. Transcriptions are getiing better.

The thing I like the most is the opportunity to work with big data. I can see information about thousands of conversations in a very short time.

It's cool.

From the operators' side, the best part is the opportunity to see their mistakes in EACH of the calls/chats.

Sometimes we have problems with information updates. I'm not sure if that is connected with ET's side.

Separately, we have some trouble in recognition, but it's more about bad sounds from the client.

 First thing first this is the best instrumet to coaching operators. From ET i can estimate calls allmost imidietly. Even more. AI of Ender Turing can make it without my joining.

Other good side of ET is excellent instrumet to collect and analyze information about calls, operators, client requests and etc.
