What do you like best about Ender Turing?

Ender Turing has become a valuable part of our Zendesk-based support ecosystem. We especially appreciate the automatic transcription of voice calls into text and the ability to process chats and social media messages seamlessly. One of the biggest advantages is the generation of summaries directly within Zendesk – this helps our agents quickly understand the context without going through full conversations. What do you dislike about Ender Turing?

I really like the flexibility of the tool. I can easily collect and analyse the queries I need from guests without listening to thousands of conversations. It's a magical tool and every month we come up with new ways to use it. The interface is intuitive and simple, it was easy for me to implement and easy to train my employees.
