**What do you like best about EmberQA?**

I'd say my favorite feature in EmberQA is the Red Flag alerts that you can configure. The coolest part is you don't even have to be super specific when setting them up and their AI is able to detect the issues you are looking for. For example, I use EmberQA to help train and monitor my voice agents I deploy for businesses and all I have to do is type in "Customer Frustration" and somehow it is able to detect customers that are getting annoyed when they call.

**What do you dislike about EmberQA?**

I wish there was a dark theme, working late hours it gets kind of rough on the eyes.

**What problems is EmberQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My business is growing pretty rapidly and we are not able to extensively QA every agent so EmberQA has been awesome in helping us QA and improve on every call.

**What do you like best about EmberQA?**

It has vastly improved our QA metrics automated our metrics capabilities.

**What do you dislike about EmberQA?**

That I didn’t have it sooner. We’ve been able to increase our customer satisfaction through continuous training with our customer agents.

**What problems is EmberQA solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were having issues with training out customer support agents and being able to pin point quickly issues on calls. EmberQA solved that for us
