## SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) Reviews
  ### 1. Accessible, Centralized ELN That Streamlines Lab Documentation and Inventory

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Coral C. | Principal Scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

What I like most about SciSure is its accessibility and how centralized it is. The electronic lab notebook is intuitive and allows seamless linking of text, images, and raw data, which makes documentation efficient and traceable. In addition, the inventory module lets me view all relevant information for a sample or piece of equipment in one place, improving organization, data integrity, and day-to-day lab efficiency.
All of the features are easily integrable and implemented, which is particularly useful if you use the software daily as it is our case.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The main drawback is the frequency of changes and updates. In a regulated laboratory environment, each software change requires revalidation to ensure continued compliance with regulatory requirements. This adds significant time, documentation effort, and operational burden, even when the updates are minor or non-critical.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SciSure addresses several critical challenges in regulated laboratory environments. It improves documentation by centralizing experimental records in a secure electronic lab notebook, strengthens data integrity through traceability and controlled access, and streamlines inventory management by consolidating sample and equipment information in one system. In addition, it supports software compliance requirements, which helps maintain regulatory readiness and reduces the risk of data gaps or audit findings.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with SciSure! We're glad to hear that you find the accessibility and centralization of our ELN and LIMS capabilities to be beneficial for your day-to-day lab efficiency.

We understand your concern regarding the frequency of changes and updates. We're continuously working to balance innovation with the impact on our users, especially in regulated environments. Your feedback is valuable as we strive to improve our software while minimizing operational burden.

  ### 2. I’ve used SciShield for almost 20 years and utilize almost every module available!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Courtney K. | Director, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 19, 2024

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I've been using SciShield (formerly BioRAFT) for nearly 20 years, and it's a central part of how I operate a comprehensive EH&S program. Through the years I've experienced the growth of the platform, and it has helped me meet the changing needs of research environments without becoming time-consuming.

The modules I use include:
•	Research Management
•	Inspections
•	IBC protocol review
•	Respiratory protection recordkeeping
•	Chemical Inventory
•	Safety Data Sheets
•	Radioactive materials ordering, inventory, and waste management
•	Training delivery and tracking
•	Equipment inventory and recordkeeping

It's easy to train new lab members on the system, and once it's part of their routine, it helps keep things organized - from inspections to training records to hazard assessments.

Customer support has always been solid, too. If something isn't working or if we need help with configuration, they respond quickly and with solutions that make sense in a research setting.

With the merger into SciSure, I'm optimistic - especially if it means even more integration and connectivity with tools we already use. SciShield has been one of the most dependable platforms I've worked with in my career.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

1. Cost
SciShield offers great value for larger institutions, but being a smaller organization with a limited budget, I had to justify the initial and recurring fees.

2. Advanced Features & Learning Curve
The essential functions are straightforward and generally intuitive. However, some more advanced features require time, training, or familiarity with laboratory compliance standards, challenging some of my new users.

3. Limited Offline Functionality
SciShield requires a stable internet connection to function optimally. This was an initial problem, but the labs and locations in areas with unreliable signals were almost eliminated as our Wi-Fi footprint increased.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Review of research protocols, managing chemical inventories, tracking training, and maintaining regulatory compliance. It's taken my program from paper to web-based, and it's been met with overall good reviews by my end users of it.

  ### 3. Great for new samples, bad for new files

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 08, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The most helpful thing about SciSure is how easy to access the sample list is and how simple and intuitive it is to add new samples or edit information on existing samples. I don't use it that often, but when I do it's always very straightforward to pick up again. I also like that everyone's changes are automatically and clearly available to everyone to see.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I do not like uploading new files to attach to an existing sample. My organization has a lot of samples, and so on SciSure we have a folder for every one of them, nested inside the folder for that entire year. When I want to add some files to our sample, first I need to move the files from my computer to the sample folder, which is easy enough. When I want to move the files from the sample folder to the sample page on SciSure, I have to click each file one at a time and then click my way back through our line up of folders for every single file I want to upload because SciSure doesn't remember what folder I was in, and doesn't let me select and upload multiple files at the same time.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our lab staff needs to access, edit, and create new samples simultaneously with each other without doubling up on sample names or changing something someone else already changed. SciSure is perfect for solving this problem.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> We appreciate your honest feedback! We agree that certain parts of the platform, like editing experiment plans, could use a refresh. It’s something we’re actively working on improving.

If you contact our Customer Success team, we can connect your feedback directly to our development team and keep you informed about any related updates or enhancements.

  ### 4. Efficient Experiment Documentation and Inventory Management with eLabNext

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I really appreciate documenting my experiments using the eLabNext platform, especially to be able to add the results behind the protocols.
The inventory helps a lot to put order in the lab and to keep the stocks ready to work.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I find the tasks giving platform not so easy to use. I would rather have a sort of chat to discuss more directly with the other members of the group. It is not very user friendly how to accept or complete a task

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In our academic lab, the team is very fluid with a hugh turnover in the collaborators. We have a lot of equipment / material that we don't know we have, or we know we have it but not where, so having the inventory possibility with SciSure makes everything easier.
Also, for new students (esp. PhD students), having an electronic lab book will ease the start of a research project by allowing the access to standard protocols of our lab

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience with SciSure for Research (formerly eLabNext). We're glad to hear that you find our ELN helpful for documenting experiments and managing inventory.

We appreciate your feedback about the Task Add-on and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

**Reviewed by:** Coral C. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2024

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The ELN still is my favorite aspect of the platform

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Versioning and archival of SOPs should be incorported.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having our sample inventory, equipment logs and notebook in the same place

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing what you like best about eLabNext, Coral.

  ### 7. Super intuitive and efficient – great for day-to-day lab work

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patricia B. | Quality Control Technician, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Getting started with eLabNext was incredibly easy. The interface is very intuitive, and I was able to start using it almost immediately — registering reagents, organizing projects, and uploading protocols without needing a long onboarding process.

One of my favorite features is the reagent tracking. It’s super convenient to see how much of each item is left, and I love that you can easily add low-stock items to the shopping list. It’s made managing lab inventory much more streamlined and less error-prone.

The project management section is also excellent. Everything is well structured, and the ability to create templates makes it so much easier to reuse standard project setups and commonly used protocols. It really helps keep things organized and saves a lot of time.

Overall, eLabNext has made lab organization and digital record-keeping much more efficient. I’d definitely recommend it to any lab looking to modernize and simplify their workflow.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Suggestions for improvement:

While the platform is great overall, there are still a few areas for improvement. Some links or tabs currently don’t lead anywhere, which can make navigation a bit confusing at times. It would be helpful if these were either removed until functional or clearly labeled as “coming soon.”

Another important feature that I think is missing is an incident tracking module. Most labs need a dedicated space to report, log, and follow up on incidents (equipment failures, procedural deviations, etc.). Ideally, this would include automatically generated incident IDs, the ability to categorize incidents by type or subtype, assign them to specific users, and track their resolution status. Having this built into the system would make it even more valuable for daily lab management and compliance.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SciSure is helping us implement everything in electronic format, so we no longer have hundreds of binders full of information that are hard to find. This digital organization saves a lot of time and frustration by making all our data, protocols, and reagent info easily accessible and well-structured.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your feedback!

The Sample List button is a leftover from the old inventory system and should be removed. We'll look into this.

While the feature you mentioned isn’t available, a similar setup can be achieved using the sample feature.
Please reach out to our Customer Success team, and they’ll be glad to help you find a suitable workaround.

  ### 8. Currently the best electronic lab notebook

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 06, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The best advantages are ease of use and the ability to organize and sort everything. The big advantage compared to other software is the inventory system with samples. It allows you to integrate it directly into experiments and protocols. The protocols are also very intuitive, with the ability to create automatic functions and calculations for the quantities to be added to make all kinds of reagents. Our entire company uses it and is satisfied with it. Finally, customer support is excellent, very fast, and has always solved my problems.Setup can be time-consuming at first, depending on the number of samples and data entries required, but once it is up to date, it is very easy to use and add new data as it becomes available.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

There are few disadvantages, but the one that is annoying is the “file storage,” which is inconvenient and every time you add a file, it does not remain in the folder you are in. Adding files one by one can sometimes be tedious. This point could be improved.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This provides an all-in-one tool for electronic notebooks, product risks, and sample and equipment management, while allowing for interaction between each of these aspects.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing your positive experience with SciSure. We're glad to hear that the inventory system and protocols have been intuitive and beneficial for your company.

We understand your frustration with the file storage system and will take your feedback into account for future updates. We appreciate your support and are committed to continuously improving our product.

  ### 9. Great Evolving Platform, But Needs Better Bulk Editing Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

This is a sandbox-style platform that consistently introduces new features. I appreciate how it continues to evolve and expand its capabilities over time.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It would be helpful if there were more features for editing multiple samples at once. For example, being able to set the date for 50 samples in a single action would make bulk tasks much more efficient.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all sample information centralized on the platform, with access for multiple users, makes it much easier to maintain an overview compared to using manual tables or lists. Additionally, the ability to print labels for samples is essential for reliable and quick identification, which greatly improves efficiency.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> We appreciate your positive feedback and understand the importance of bulk editing features.
We're happy to share that we offer a Sample Batch Update add-on free for installation.

Please let us know if there's anything else we can assist you with!

  ### 10. Do yourself a favor and get SciShield

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Scott V. | Biosafety Trainer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 11, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Organization, UI/UX, training formatting, IBC protocol management, inspection module, incredible support, researchers find it easy and straightforward to use, historic record keeping, the implementation process was fantastic, and most importantly, the entire SciShield crew is tremendous - they are all wonderful human beings and truly care about their customers.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Honestly nothing - there are maybe a few tid-bits here and there (e.g. some customization options), but put it into perspective: SciShield needs to manage a platform for so many different groups with hundreds of different preferences, scientific portfolios, and research directions. So of course there are going to be some limits, but I promise that it doesn't matter.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Oh where do I start: content management, compliance documentation and reporting, researcher outreach, weekly inspections, QA/QC, data to show the suits that biosafety needs more resources, and, of course, training. All of these things better enable us to reach our research community and get them to maintain compliance.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your positive review! It's great to hear that SciSure for Health & Safety (formerly SciShield) is helping you with content management, compliance documentation, and other important aspects of your research work.

We're dedicated to providing the best possible experience for our customers.

  ### 11. Satisfactory

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy W. | Research Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

eLabNext is a nice hub for all your experimental needs and the constant new features or updates is a nice touch. The access to data left by users no longer included inthe group/company is also nice.
The interface is nice to navigate and the ability to see in a tree format where is what in the inventory system is satisfying.

Having a text based/heavy experiment is nice in that one can easily link previous experiments without having to necessarily rewrite the entire thing from scratch

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It isn't very intuitive and makes universal use for persons with different types of experiments a bit difficult.
It isn't very intuitive. It would also be nice to be able to make edits on category types to correct for typos etc in the inventory. As far as the inventory goes, when including samples that are present in the inventory, unless it is possible already, it would be nice to be able to state in an experiment how much material of said sample was used and then have that automatically be deducted from the inventory amount instead of having to manually subtract or add a specified amount in the inventory.

Deleting and editing samples within a box or compartment isn't intuitive either.

Having an excel like format for calculations would also help with logging in the journal portions as it comes to experiments would be appreciated as creating tables and or copy and pasting pre-performed calculations is not as efficient.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of inventory and having a base idea of where everything is in an easy to see manner

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your detailed feedback! We're glad to hear that you find SciSure Research to be a helpful hub for your experimental needs and that you appreciate the constant new features and updates.

We understand your concerns about intuitiveness and the ability to make edits on category types, as well as the inventory management process. Your input is valuable in helping us improve the user experience.

  ### 12. A lab notebook that makes sense

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cristian M. | Graduate Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Honestly, the best thing is how it keeps everything organized. Going from pen and paper and excel sheets to something this comprehensive really was a game changer. I am able to store all of my protocols and even include things like images to help remember what the results were. Plus, it's pretty easy to learn, even for someone like me who's not super tech-savvy. Customer support has been really great as well!

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

If I had to nitpick, I'd say maybe there could be a quicker way to modify things like quantity for each sample, especially when adding a series of many samples which all have different weights/volumes. But honestly, this is a small thing compared to how much it's improved our workflow. Additionally, the protocol uploading should be improved as often it will be very off from the formatting of the actual protocol.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to implementing eLabNext, our laboratory faced challenges in data management and workflow efficiency. Specifically, the reliance on physical notebooks and spreadsheets resulted in increased risk of data loss and forgetfulness, compromised traceability, and time-consuming retrieval processes. Since registering for eLabNext, we have been able to upload everything to one place and conveniently organize it. This has greatly streamlined processes such as sample inventory and experiment uploading and sharing.

  ### 13. Intuitive and excellent costumer support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriele M. | Research Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

We've had an excellent experience using ELN – eLabNext. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate, and straightforward to implement, making it simple to organize and manage our lab data effectively. We use eLabNext daily as part of our routine operations, and its well-structured interface has made adoption seamless across our team.

One of the features we value most is the comprehensive onboarding support. The platform provides clear tutorials and step-by-step guides that help new users get started quickly and confidently.

Customer support has also been exceptional. The team is highly responsive, addressing inquiries promptly and resolving issues with professionalism and efficiency.

When it comes to integration, eLabNext fits well into our existing workflows. While the initial setup requires some learning and configuration, the system integrates smoothly with our lab processes and data management needs once established.

Overall, ELN – eLabNext has had a significant positive impact on our lab’s organization and efficiency. We highly recommend it.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

One area that could use improvement is the separation between the different products—Journal, Inventory, and Protocol. Currently, each requires a separate login, which can be inconvenient and time-consuming. It would greatly enhance the user experience if all products could be accessed seamlessly from the same interface or login page.

Additionally, the Equipment section could benefit from further enhancements to improve usability and functionality. Streamlining these areas would make the platform even more efficient and user-friendly.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using eLabNext, we managed our lab data and documents through OneDrive. While it served as a basic storage solution, we had a large number of scattered documents, which often led to confusion and difficulty in finding the right files. Our inventory system was also inconsistent and rarely up to date, as everything had to be tracked manually.

eLabNext has solved these issues by providing a centralized, well-organized platform for our lab operations. Now, all our data—from experimental notes to inventory records—is stored in one place, clearly structured, and easy to access. The automated inventory tracking has been especially helpful in keeping our supplies accurate and up to date without extra effort.

Overall, eLabNext has brought more clarity, efficiency, and organization to our workflows, saving us time and improving collaboration across the team.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had an excellent experience with SciSure Research! Our team is dedicated to providing intuitive and effective solutions for lab data management, and we're glad to hear that our platform has had a significant positive impact on your organization and efficiency.

We released a new Equipment section in our ELN last year. Please submit your feedback to our Customer Support Portal for evaluation by our team. We'd be happy to hear your thoughts!

  ### 14. Sample organization and consumable procurement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Megan M. | Senior Lab Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

As a lab manager responsible for maintaining inventory of numerous general use consumables across multiple research groups, the shopping cart functionality has revolutionized my procurement process. This feature allows me to efficiently:

Generate comprehensive order lists in a fraction of the time previously required
Quickly scan low-stock items and add them to my cart during routine lab walk-throughs
Save frequently ordered item combinations as templates for recurring orders
Track order history to analyze consumption patterns and forecast future needs

The intuitive interface eliminates the cumbersome spreadsheets and handwritten notes I previously relied on. With just a few clicks, I can compile, review, and submit orders, reducing my administrative workload by approximately 30%. This time-saving tool has been instrumental in preventing stock-outs and ensuring our lab operations continue without interruption due to missing supplies.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Equipment Section Enhancement Request

The current equipment tracking module would benefit significantly from expanded functionality in several key areas:

Scheduling & Maintenance Features

Alert System Implementation

These enhancements would transform the equipment section from a basic inventory tool into a comprehensive management system that proactively supports laboratory operations and extends equipment lifespan through timely maintenance interventions.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Multiple functions in one space!

  ### 15. eLabNext is helpful

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The number of features in eLabNext offer a better way to document and organize protocals. I use it a lot as a result.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

One tiny criticism I have is not being able to edit a journal entry while a team member is on it.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stores all protocals that I can refer to before going to lab without having to keep tabs open on all of them. The website itself is very easy to maneaver

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing what you like best about eLabNext. We understand the inconvenience of not being able to edit a journal entry while a team member is on it, but it is not possible to work on the same file simultaneously because we need to be able to log every user action to adhere to GLP compliance.

  ### 17. Helpful and easy to use once set up

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 04, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I love having all my sample information digitalized and seeing exactly where everything is stored. I use this daily for my routine sample processing. Great customer support when you have a question or need help doing anything.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Can be take some time to set up properly and implement its use. I think some functions are not super intuitive and take some time to get used to. I feel like some core functions are missing like switching sample types or creating a sample series between multiple boxes.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of samples, who processed them, and where they are stored. This helps a lot in downstream applications and makes it easy to correct if mistakes are made during the process.

  ### 18. UMN Student Review S25

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jackson P. | Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I think it is somewhat convenient to have a seperate program that keeps all of the data recorded for me for classes. I have a chemistry lab I currently use this program for, and it has been pretty easy to use overall. I find it simple, descriptive, and everything I need for the class can be found there. I also enjoy that it immediately saves anything I write to it as I have not lost anything due to connection issues before.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

In particular the programs interface is not pretty; it is really bland and feels like it was made in 2008. There are also a couple of minor functionality features that make the software confusing. The sidebar and navigation systems are not very intuitive and take some exploring in order to understand.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am not particularly sure what problems that it is solving. It makes it easy for me and my groupmates to find information for lab, but I dont know much about the software other than what we use it for.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing your experience, Jackson. We're happy to hear that it has been helpful for your chemistry lab.
We're disappointed to hear your thoughts on the interface and functionality and will consider them for future improvements.

  ### 19. An asset in my college bio lab

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lauren R. | University Student, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

My experience with eLabNext has been very positive so far, I recently began using eLabNext with my group mates in a research lab for this semester. The interface is intuitive, easy to navigate, and it's a good way to share info between group members such as keeping our lab notebook up to date.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Sometimes it's a bit hard to find specific documents. For example, I spent quite a while looking for the IACUC approved chemicals for zebra fish because most of our lab info is on another site and I could only find it on eLab by using keyword rather than a sort or organization function.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's addressing a big problem of seamless info sharing and saving. Other platforms that I've used for group projects have been nearly disasterous,
for example, deleting everyone's work if one person saves the document. ELab has been great.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your review, Lauren. It's great to hear that eLabNext is helping to address the problem of seamless information sharing and saving, and we're thrilled that it's been a great solution for your group projects.

We appreciate your feedback about the difficulty in finding specific documents. We will take this into consideration for future improvements to the platform.

  ### 20. Easy and Flexible: An Essential Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

very easy to use, fast and flexible

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

the fact that there is a limitation in the hierarchy (project/studies/experiment)

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

all protocols, results, analyses in one place
quick and efficient search for protocols or experiment results using the search bar and keywords

  ### 21. eLabNext is the future of lab journaling

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 31, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The possibility to turn my daily lab activities in such clean and organized interface made my lab routine much more effective and transparent. I particularly liked how easy it made my protocols to be shared within my group.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Because I always worked with physical lab journals, my learning curve was a bit long. However, I think this is more a personal thing.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to keep my lab journal digital, which makes it easy to share with my colleagues. Also the possibility to have shared inventory allow me to easily find shared materials in my lab.

  ### 22. eLab has been a great experience to organize my thoughts in lab.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Chemicals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I use eLab for chemistry labs, and it has been very helpful to help me organize my thoughts and ensure that I am not missing any information. It is very simple to use, and easy to understand, which makes it a lot easier to enter information. I use it almost everyday to complete my workload for classes.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

One of the downsides of using eLab is that there are some times where it is hard to enter information in tables. There are sometimes that I have issues accessing and entering the information into a table, so I think that making the tables a little easier to operate would be better.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me organize my data and information that I gather from lab into an ELN. This makes it easy to go back and look at the data after I am done in lab, so I don't have to remember everything from the lab.

  ### 23. eLabs streamlines many different day to day aspects of lab work

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lynn L. | Graduate Student Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Its is excellent that everything is in one place! From reagent location, ordering, protocols, and a lab notebook, eLabs truly does it all. I use it daily, and it is great to integrate PowerPoints and documents for storage of results in one place. Works great with Microsoft tools.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Sometimes I feel like I am battling with the inventory browser, but recent updates have helped simplify the search process by adding more selection options.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ELabs excels at streamlining all of the activities I do in one place. It is way easier to go to the same website for ordering, lab notebook, etc, than to have a separate place for all of those things.

  ### 24. Easy to use and would recommend for important projects with many contributors.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It is very helpful to have an online notebook that people working on the same experiment as me have access to it as well. It was easy to organize the steps of our experiment with titles and different sections. I used this notebook frequently, accessing it almost every day. It was easy to implement and integrate this notebook into my class use. I never had the need to work with customer support, and I had no difficulties.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The major downside is that multiple people working with me could not type on the notebook at the same time.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping solve the problem of losing notebook paper and ensuring everyone has access. It is beneficial as I can take my computer anywhere to read what others in my experiment have contributed. It has allowed for us to catch errors before they become too extreme and disrupt the experiment.

  ### 25. Very useful for inventory, having lab protocols and following experiments

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The inventory is the most useful function. It allows us to easily see what reagents we have available. Having protocols shared is useful but in this capacity, it is similar to competitors. It is nice to have protocols and experiments linked to reagents. Very useful for auditing and creating M and M sections when writing papers.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

When importing protocols into experiments I wish the fillable variables were available after the importing steps. There are a few functions I wish were inherently more flexible but there is usually a work around.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of inventory. For example, when I am interested in certain antibodies, I can look through eLab to check if other lab members have already purchased an antibody before I do. I can see if a reagent is about to expire or run out.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your feedback!

To use the fillable variables, you’ll just need to click ‘Restart’ first. If you need help finding the right button or setting this up, please don’t hesitate to reach out to our Customer Success team, and they’ll be happy to guide you through it.

  ### 26. Great for Collaboration, But Needs Auto-Save

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie J. | Student, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 22, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The shared feature with lab groups was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Not having access to automatic saving of work was frustrating at times.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving a space to collaboratively work with lab partners led to a smoother lab experience and greater learning.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your feedback. We're glad to hear that you found the collaboration feature helpful!

We understand the frustration of not having an auto-save feature. We do not offer this function for compliance reasons. Our Full Audit Trail is integral to our platform, and an Autosave function would disrupt it.

  ### 27. Promising Tool with a great Team behind it!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kolja S. | Wissenschaftler, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Its a light-weight, app-expendable, web-based interface capable of handling experiment documentation, ordering and stock keeping as well as sample management. Superb customer support!

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It is still a young tool, thus it is missing a lot of QoL features as well as a lot of basic functionality. it is not where it could be. The software does work fine and it works a lot better than most tools, but due to how its set up, its limiting the ways you can use it.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Interdisciplinary documentation. It helps due to its easy setup, accessibility and adaptability, making it a great tool to use it with different departments for different reasons and still work on the same product.

  ### 28. eLabNext is a fantastic ELN solution!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 07, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The interface is intuitive and easy to use. eLabNext seamlessly combines lab notebook functionality, SOP protocols, and specimen inventory tracking. The Customer Service team is readily available to assist and is responsive to suggestions. There are a lot of add-ons in order to customize the software for individual labs.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I've not found a downside yet. Even if I make a mistake and enter items incorrectly, it's easy to fix. There are few cosmetic things like being able to collapse certain boxes but it's very minor!

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eLabNext is providing the data security and tracking that our company requires. We need to have precise time stamps for out data acquisition and the ability to track and sign off on ELN entries. The redundancy and how the data is stored eases our worries of data loss.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your positive feedback! We're glad to hear that you haven't encountered any significant downsides and that you find it easy to fix any mistakes.

We appreciate your suggestion about the cosmetic improvements and will take it into consideration for future updates.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

need to add a cumulative data report generating sheet, required to broad the network in asia for customer relation.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

it is providing a customizable inventory application.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand that price changes can be frustrating, and we truly value your continued partnership. Our recent adjustment reflects inflation and the rising costs of maintaining and improving our platform.

We’re committed to ensuring that the value you receive continues to grow through ongoing improvements and dedicated support from our Customer Success team.

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

flexible entries, sharability across the full group

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

instrument management is really convoluted. adding permissions is tedious

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

electronic notebook with a centralized ability to share experiments and results across the team

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> We're glad to hear that you find SciSure flexible and shareable. We appreciate your feedback about instrument management and permissions, and we'll work on improving these aspects for a better user experience.

  ### 32. I love using eLab!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 15, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It is helpful to have one place online to put everything my group works on for my lab class! As a college student, it's easy to get lost in the amount of information we have to process and record, and eLabJournal makes it so much easier to find what I need and organize the experiments I do for my guided research project.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

One thing I would criticize about the site is that sometimes it is difficult to figure out how to get to the tab I am looking for. And, while I know it is for security, it can be inconvenient having to sign in after every short period of inactivity.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eLabJournal provides a place to record experimental procedures and results that my research group does for our class project. It makes it easier to keep track of what we have and need to do while also making it easy for all three of us to view each other's work.

  ### 33. Great for collaboration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Using Elab Journal is super helpful with my lab group, so that we can share work we have done in the lab, and save it all. It was also super easy to learn how to integrate and implement within our group, and we use it every time we go into the lab. Luckily I haven't needed customer support, but my lab partner did and said it was very quick and helpful.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Although there are many great features on elabjournal, one that would be great is a better way to add google doc links, because we had to make a new journal entry and just paste the link in.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eLabNext allows me and my group to collaborate on projects even when we are not in the lab together.

  ### 34. Includes all important features to a fair price

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bianca D. | Lab Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

it is straightforward to use, you can easily find all the functions even if you haven't used it for a while or at all

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

i am not a huge fan of the ordering function, i prefer to use an oldschool excel sheet. probably because it is so many things you need to enter and it is time consuming (same with setting up the inventory list)

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to generate lab journal entries, with setting up templates - it saves you a lot of time and keeps documentation consistant

  ### 35. Fast to learn, simple interface, but clunky & limited for some things

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zuzana K. | senior research scientist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Fast to learn, easy to use. Generally simple interface & flexible.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It works for some things, but has limited functionality for others. I wish the samples were better linked (bidirectional parent-child relationships).

The folder structure is not very flexible.

A surprising number of items are not links, and require searching. (e.g. alerts)

The copy-paste feature is terrible.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

has a way to print labels for every sample, and a lab notebook that is all in one place - in theory.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Zuzana, thank you for your detailed feedback. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. It helps us continue improving the platform.

Regarding the sample relationships: we do offer bi-directional parent–child linking through our Sample Parent add-on. Once installed, this feature enables more flexible navigation between related samples.

As for the folder structure, if you’re referring to journal folders, we agree that this area could be more flexible. We’ve received similar feedback and are exploring improvements as part of our ongoing ELN modernization, though we can’t share a timeline just yet.

For workflow streamlining, Automations might be helpful depending on your setup. Regarding the copy-paste feature, if you’ve already tried our new text editor, we’d love to hear more about your experience so we can investigate further.

Please reach out to our Customer Success team, and they’ll be happy to review your use case and find the best solutions for your needs.

  ### 36. My Review on ELab Journal

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa S. | Biological Researcher, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I like how ELab is a good database for not only keeping track of laboratory protocols and public information, but it is also a great way for teams in a lab to collaborate.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I do not like how ELabJournal does not allow you to delete a notebook entry once it is added.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ELabNext is making collaborating with a team in a lab much easier. It’s benefitting me as I am currently working in a research lab and rely heavily on ELab Journals.

  ### 37. Already improving organization and lab management flow!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Taryn E. | Assistant Professor / PI, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

eLabNext has already improved our lab flow and organization within the short 4 months that we have been using! So many resources, one-on one training, and customer support has set us up to feel prepared and knowledgeable about how to best utilized eLabNext with our current lab system. The searchability of the program makes sample processing / project development much more feasible.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

No complaints at this time. Looking forward to further implementing!

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single interface to manage lab samples and projects.

  ### 38. The product is convenient and useful, but there are ongoing issues that affect the experience.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Theproject/study feature is very convenient for organizing samples.
Relatively easy to use.
Our sales rep is very easy to contact and communicate with.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The search option never works for samples.
The website frequently has issues for our users and will appear as if it is down or undergoing maintenance when that is not the case for other users at the same time.
File storage sometimes feels messy, especially when every pdf attached to a sample is forced to be uploaded. Adding pdfs the same way it is done in studies would be more convenient for files I don't feel the need to have stored directly in eLabNext.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much easier to keep track of samples and their requirements as well as any paperwork or documents associated with samples. The experiments/study function is great for organizing samples in a cohesive way.

  ### 39. Wonderful Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joy O. | Researcher, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I have had the most wonderful experience with ELab. The software makes working with your peers quite easy, as all of us have different schedule and times we can be in the lab. I appreciate how easy it is to be placed in groups and collaborate. Will be using for the rest of the semester!

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The only thing might be the ease of the interface, but once you get used to it, it works like a charm!

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the problem of collaboration with my group members and we can all add to our shared lab notebooks at any time from anywhere!

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you've had a wonderful experience with eLabNext, Joy! Our goal is to make collaboration and scheduling easy for our users, and we're glad to hear that it's working for you. Thank you for your feedback!

  ### 40. Effective and Easy to Use with Adequate Versatility

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

eLabNext's eLN is easy to navigate and get accustomed to. It has a diverse number of options when it comes to notebook sections (written text, comments, file upload, MS office, inventory, etc.), allows for the search/creation of experimental templates, and is effective for keeping track of samples. Additionally, it provides the ability to group experiments together under a study which can subsequently be sorted into a project.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Personally, for improved versatility of the eLN, it would be helpful if not all entries had to be an "experiment". This would allow eLabNext to serve the function of a regular notebook as well. This would be helpful when storing information about a project alongside experimental entries without sorting these into the same "experiment" category.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A shift away from paper notebooks is not only environmentally friendly, but also much more effective when it comes to sharing and collaborating on entries with colleagues.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We're sorry to hear you found some parts of the website challenging to use when editing an experiment plan.

Although we refer to them as “experiments,” they’re quite flexible. You can use each one to organize and store different kinds of information as well. If you contact our Customer Success team, we’d be happy to walk you through your options and find a setup that works best for your needs.

  ### 41. A Must-Have Tool for Lab Organization and Productivity

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gor B. | Research Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 28, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Using eLabNext daily has revolutionized how I work in the lab. From logging experiments to tracking inventory and managing protocols, this platform ensures that everything is well-documented and easily accessible. No more sifting through endless spreadsheets or worrying about missing samples—everything is just a click away.
One of the most valuable aspects is how eLabNext keeps our entire team aligned. We can see ongoing experiments, track progress, and ensure that everyone is working with the latest data. This level of transparency has significantly improved our workflow, saving us time and reducing errors. For any lab aiming to be more efficient and organized, eLabNext is an essential tool.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David K. | Postdoctoral Research Associate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 11, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

eLabNext is very good at opening the use up to using every feature in a way that works for them, thereby being easily implemented into existing workflows.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The user interface could be more navigable. It's quite stripped down and counter-intuitive, so creates a learning curve for new users.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have digitised our lab inventory, which has been needed for a long time. This helps us reduce waste and keep an eye on usage and cost. We've also been able to improve data management, making it easier for us to access specific data when we need it.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you find eLabNext customizable and easily implemented into your workflows. We appreciate your input on the user interface and will take it into consideration for future improvements.

  ### 44. Organize Madness!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Biotechnology | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2025

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

I really like how easy it is to keep track of experiments and stay organized. It’s super helpful being able to add templates, protocols, and notes all in one place. Sharing work with teammates is simple, and it makes staying on top of things way less stressful.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

It took a little while to figure everything out at first, and it’s not always the smoothest with big files. The mobile version doesn’t do as much as the desktop one, which can be annoying when I’m not at my computer. Some tools feel a bit clunky too.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me stay organized and cuts down on time spent looking for old notes or files. Having everything in one place—protocols, results, and samples—makes it way easier to keep my work consistent and repeatable. It’s also made teamwork smoother since we can all access the same data live.

  ### 45. A valuable asset for everyday research

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

Its easy to pick up even if youre not familiar with electronics.
There are different things in one platform so you dont have to switch between tools, for example protocols and samples etc.

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

The cost is a bit high, it can be a little expensive for smaller labs.
You need stable internet connection to work so offline work is not a choice.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

eLabNext solves the problem of scattered data by centralizing experiments, samples, and inventory in one system. It saves me time, improves collaboration with my team, and keeps everything organized without extra effort.

**Official Response from Olivia Hulst:**

> It's great to hear that SciSure has helped centralize your data, save you time, improve collaboration, and keep everything organized.

We appreciate your feedback. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything we can help you with!

**What do you like best about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

What i like about eLab is that you can make and study/experiment without having alot of time or energy waste by making your layup

**What do you dislike about SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield)?**

What i dont like about eLab is that when you copy and paste something from for example a document the text will not aline with each other like its supposed to be, instead that the words will be places under each other.

**What problems is SciSure (formerly known as eLabNext and SciShield) solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Something thats benefiting me from eLab is that i can add people to my experiment. Whenever i make up an elab for my experiment i can add my coach in aswell so she can give me advise tips tops and feedback overal. This is good because i could adjust my eLab and improve my experiment without having to have a physical coversation.
