**What do you like best about eesel AI?**

I like the way it learns my brand and writes in my brand voice.  I also like the fact that is does deep research into a topic and gives me back blogs that are not generic and have great content.  There is little i have to refine or change once a blog is written as long as i give it good prompts.

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

sometimes the images arent quite right and i have to recreate them because they had stray text or things that dont work.  but thats really about it.

**What problems is eesel AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to get content out to help with my domain authority, and to send to clients when they have questions, its really helpful to just be able to send them a blog post to answer their specific questions.

**What do you like best about eesel AI?**

It is so easy to direct it to integrate Freshdesk tickets, Notion.so pages, website pages, effectively letting it read and memorize our company's procedures, products, and policies. We have tested it against real life customer inquiries and the answers it provides reference source materials correctly. When we want to coach it, the built in tool to edit responses is intuitive and when we re-test, it correctly incorporates the coaching.

It was very easy to implement and test it's capabilities out within the 7 day trial.

When I had some questions, their support team responded quickly, enabling me to move forward during my evaluation.

We'll be moving forward with a subscription and are looking forward to seeing huge return on investment - specifically on enabling newer team members to have a 24/7 supervisor that coaches them on how to handle inquiries. We look forward to exposing it to our prospects and customers to supercharge self service in later phases.

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

The Co-pilot acts as a separate frame in the window view in Chrome and at this time cannot accept edits to it's responses for coaching. So we have to tab back and forth between our ticketing system and Eesel.ai.

**What problems is eesel AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This will enable us to coach new customer experience team members on how to handle dozens of different types of inquiries with a high degree of accuracy. This will reduce the onboarding time significantly, and enable us to hire casual/part time staff that can handle more complex Tier 2 issues now with the aid of AI.

**What do you like best about eesel AI?**

I love the speed and precision of eesel AI, which allows me to organize a large number of PDFs efficiently while keeping writings from different documents correlated. I appreciate how it suggests different work schemes and helps me delve into the organization of various elements, as well as providing me with different options or lines of perception on the topics I deal with. I admire the simplicity of the initial setup, which made integration into my workflow easy. I am very satisfied with the product, so much so that I give it a score of 10 and it is very likely that I will recommend it to friends or colleagues.

Perhaps a little longer trial period

I use eesel AI to organize information from multiple PDFs quickly and accurately, suggesting different work schemes, and supporting a variety of data to offer different insights on a topic.

For starters, the sign up process for Eesel couldn't have been easier.  We were able to get in a test out Eesel in minutes.  Eesel answers confidently (but not too confidently) and thoroughly.  Training it has been super easy as well.  Excited to see how far we can take it.

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

So far so good.  Integrating with our current help desk is a bit tricky - but even this has been remedied by the Eesel team

**What problems is eesel AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Eesel is acting as out front-line support until a human touch is needed.  Answering quick questions for customers when the team is unavailable and letting us (humans) handle the issues that only we can.

**What do you like best about eesel AI?**

This is a great software that I have already suggested to another company to use. Setup is very easy as they will run through your customer service tickets and create articles for you, as well as running through your website and help centre, so it took less than 15 minutes for us to start getting helpful responses. I like that it can be used as either an actual response to customers or just a copilot for cs.

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

Their add an API function doesn't let you actually add your own, you have to wait for them to add the API you want which slows progress. Also some of their built in apis aren't clear with what exact information you're receiving so you don't know what your bot has access too.

Automates a lot of tickets and we use it as a copilot for the rest of our AI

Eesel is highly customizable. for this means i can have our AI assistant do some complex tasks with relative ease. I was able to make AI consistently debug DNS issues for example. Also integrating into our Zendesk was super easy and 'just works'.

For me in Europe the only actual downside is the timezone difference. This means that sometimes the wait for an answer is long. Still totally reasonable but something to consider.

eesel offers easy Zendesk implementation and setup. Our team implemented and achieved results quickly during our 7-day trial. Responses are simple to fix and adjust. The platform even includes automations for ticket tagging, assignment, and status updates!

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

Support is very helpful; however, due to timezone differences, it takes longer to resolve issues. They are very communicative and take issues seriously.

Tier 1 customer support tickets are now handled by eesel, which manages first responses. This allows our team to focus on more complex issues and other projects.

Its easy to integrate the many places where knowledge exists like Notion, Zendesk, Website, Shopify, and its also easy to manage multiple brands!

The bot also answers very well most of the time.

**What do you dislike about eesel AI?**

The support reply time. When we are debugging or have questions its a bit slow to get support because of the timezone difference and maybe they are also a small team.

When they reply however they take our matters very seriously which is a huge upside!

Not enough integrations available and sometimes there is slow response time on their team when help is needed
