What do you like best about eesel AI?

It is so easy to direct it to integrate Freshdesk tickets, Notion.so pages, website pages, effectively letting it read and memorize our company's procedures, products, and policies. We have tested it against real life customer inquiries and the answers it provides reference source materials correctly. When we want to coach it, the built in tool to edit responses is intuitive and when we re-test, it correctly incorporates the coaching.

It was very easy to implement and test it's capabilities out within the 7 day trial.

When I had some questions, their support team responded quickly, enabling me to move forward during my evaluation.

We'll be moving forward with a subscription and are looking forward to seeing huge return on investment - specifically on enabling newer team members to have a 24/7 supervisor that coaches them on how to handle inquiries. We look forward to exposing it to our prospects and customers to supercharge self service in later phases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about eesel AI?

The Co-pilot acts as a separate frame in the window view in Chrome and at this time cannot accept edits to it's responses for coaching. So we have to tab back and forth between our ticketing system and Eesel.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about eesel AI?

I love the speed and precision of eesel AI, which allows me to organize a large number of PDFs efficiently while keeping writings from different documents correlated. I appreciate how it suggests different work schemes and helps me delve into the organization of various elements, as well as providing me with different options or lines of perception on the topics I deal with. I admire the simplicity of the initial setup, which made integration into my workflow easy. What do you like best about eesel AI?

For starters, the sign up process for Eesel couldn't have been easier. We were able to get in a test out Eesel in minutes. Eesel answers confidently (but not too confidently) and thoroughly. What do you like best about eesel AI?

This is a great software that I have already suggested to another company to use. Setup is very easy as they will run through your customer service tickets and create articles for you, as well as running through your website and help centre, so it took less than 15 minutes for us to start getting helpful responses. What do you dislike about eesel AI?

Their add an API function doesn't let you actually add your own, you have to wait for them to add the API you want which slows progress. What do you like best about eesel AI?

Eesel is highly customizable. for this means i can have our AI assistant do some complex tasks with relative ease. I was able to make AI consistently debug DNS issues for example. Also integrating into our Zendesk was super easy and 'just works'.

Its easy to integrate the many places where knowledge exists like Notion, Zendesk, Website, Shopify, and its also easy to manage multiple brands!

The support reply time. When we are debugging or have questions its a bit slow to get support because of the timezone difference and maybe they are also a small team.
