**What do you like best about EasyWeek?**

The whole booking experience is good (there's still room for improvement) and it literally saved us because for what they offer there's nothing on the at the same accessible price they sell it.

**What do you dislike about EasyWeek?**

When client cancel the booking don't receive the email reporting it.

**What problems is EasyWeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall better experience for our customers and easy management of our bookings

**What do you like best about EasyWeek?**

This software is exactly what we were looking for. It has the features we need, is powerful enough to manage all of our client data, appointments for multiple employees, a sales dashboard, report generation, data import/export, online booking buttons for social media sites , including Facebook, and much, much more.

**What do you dislike about EasyWeek?**

There isn't anything I don't like but one suggestion I would make would be with the cancellation policy, I wish there was a way you could do it that you could choose and cost different parts of each tier of the cancellation policy .

**What problems is EasyWeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What we are using:
Online appointment scheduling 24/7
Customer Management
Auto notifications
Online marketing including website

After we started using easyik in the team, our productivity increased by at least 50%. We started making more money.
