I love this platform for its capability to create processes with ease which is also smart and organized for clients onboarding as well as other processes. This platform also have a very user friendly interface reducing complexity for both admin and clients. The drag drop feature of this platform is so comfortable to work with that it allows building forms more efficient and effective. This platform infact increases productivity and reliability of the processes decreasing the human efforts while improving better results. The capability of this platform to create forms by just uploading a PDF is also outstanding feature in this platform. The No code feature also makes this platform more attractive. I love most part of this platform but having check and review teams to check before releasing is a must as mistake might creep in due to its easy and fast processes to create a form. It really increase a better user experience for clients while allowing better productivity of the Organization. Its unique solution have made this platform more efficent. They are very responsive, especially when support tickets are submitted. Their Knowledge Base is robust and in-depth, I can easily find helpful resources. Once familiar with the Builder, many process are simple and I love being able to see the changes I've made in real time. There are many options and room for creativity to best fit my company's needs. The academy is a fantastic learning tool. I also like being able to track internal and customer use within the Builder. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about EasySend? The integration has not been particularly smooth. We will need to revisit this again. When deploying updates in the Builder, the process can be slow going and I have to refresh the screen repeatedly. Some of our processes were deployed to Production by EasySend before being tested properly which led to a number of errors and delay in implementation. Getting to implementation took longer than anticipated. A client tried to use the link sent via journey sender and couldn't complete due to errors. This was after rigorous testing and weeks of use with no problems. I have no idea why this client experienced errors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. We are extremely pleased with EasySend, particularly because of the outstanding customer service. The team is highly responsive and provides a variety of solutions for workflows and digital signature form implementation. What do you dislike about EasySend? While I'm extremely satisfied with EasySend, there are a few areas I believe could be improved. It would be great if the workflow building process could be simpler and faster at times, and I understand this is expected to be addressed in the next version of the product. It helps automate approval cycles and simplifies the implementation of digital signature forms, which has significantly reduced manual effort and paperwork. The system has optimized many of our old recruitment processes, making them faster, more efficient, and error-free.
