Support for major countries landline number
Call recording options
Desktop support for windows Mac and Android / Apple support
Web based app
Integration with hubspot and Zoho

**What do you dislike about Dzinga?**

New in the market. The product is still evolving. Hence it not suitable for Enterprises
Callifi has rich set of features compared to dzinga
No support for workflow management like freshcaller

**What problems is Dzinga solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relatively cheaper price

dzinga provides the best cloud platform for the calls , it has many features which are very helpful in creating the business successful

till now while we have used we haven't saw any dislikes for this dzinga , it is very good for the personal use

i am using it for my personal use , dzinga is quite impressive, i am seeing the first time implementation of this , business growth is the benefits i have realized

Not recommendable for large scale cmpanies.

If your organizanization is struggling with remote connect and require different product suites for differemt purposes and regions,Dzinga can help you to save time and revenue.

**What problems is Dzinga solving and how is that benefiting you?**

During covid times,every one is working remote and we need to have calls through different mediums like chats,landline calls etc . Dzinga offers to solve this issue by providing single dashboard for monitoring and analytics for all channels in very less cost. If you opt for IP telephony,you can get to access complete calls
