  ### 1. Reliable Partner for Everyday IT Needs

**Reviewed by:** Shay F. | Senior Information Technology Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Dots?**

I like working with Dots because they combine strong technical expertise with a practical, results-driven approach, making collaboration efficient and reliable. Their team is responsive, professional, and understands our needs, which helps us move projects forward smoothly. Overall, they feel like a true partner rather than just a vendor. Easy SSO intergratio.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

While overall the experience with Dots has been very positive, there is always room to further streamline processes and communication as projects scale. That said, their team is open to feedback and consistently works to improve, which makes collaboration smooth and productive.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dots helps us solve day-to-day technical and operational challenges by giving us reliable support when we need extra hands or expertise. It makes our work easier and faster, and lets our team stay focused on bigger priorities. Working with them feels smooth and natural, which makes a real difference.

  ### 2. Exceptional Support and a Platform That Just Works

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Izzy B. | IT Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Dots?**

Exceptional support and a platform that just works

What stands out most is how incredibly user-friendly the platform is.
We were able to onboard our existing data via a single CSV upload, and the interface makes managing global procurement and asset tracking intuitive rather than a chore. The integration with our HiBob was seamless, meaning I don't have to jump between tabs to keep track of new joiners.

Beyond the software, the customer service is unmatched. The support team isn't just responsive;
they are proactive. Whenever I’ve had a question about a shipment or a specific integration, they’ve jumped on it immediately—sometimes even involving their engineering team to solve niche issues for us. It feels like a partnership rather than just a vendor relationship.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

I really wish there was a native dark mode option for the interface. It would make working on the platform for long periods much easier on the eyes.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dots is solving the logistical nightmare of managing IT assets for a remote workforce.
Before Dots, we relied on messy spreadsheets and manual tracking, which led to lost equipment and onboarding delays.
The main benefit for us is the time saved on logistics. We can now deploy and retrieve laptops globally with a few clicks.
Because the platform is so easy to use, our HR and IT teams are finally perfectly aligned, and the responsive support ensures we never miss a beat during employee onboarding

  ### 3. Effortless Global Onboarding with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adil S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Dots?**

I like that Dots assists with remote onboarding and offboarding by managing the storage, dispatch, and collection of laptops globally. It's great how they support us in all the countries we operate in and can handle all sorts of equipment. I also really appreciate the Slack channel for immediate support and the friendly team, which is helpful when I need quick assistance. The initial setup was pretty easy, which was a relief.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

The site sometimes has bugs, but the team fixes them whenever I bring it to their attention. Also some processes can be a bit more streamlined

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Dots for remote onboarding and offboarding, managing laptop storage, dispatch, and collection globally. It assists in all countries we operate in and handles all kinds of equipment. The Slack channel provides quick support and full team visibility.

  ### 4. Effortless IT Asset Management with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Elior A. | IT Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Dots?**

I like how Dots makes it super easy to onboard our existing data to the system. The support and customer service teams are super helpful and proactive, and the user experience as an admin is great. Having one CSV file that I can drop everything into, just upload with a few clicks, and migrate almost all my data successfully is not a small feat. The support team was great in importing data via API even though it's usually out of scope, and they acted quickly to involve their engineering team to assist us. The initial setup was quick, and integrations with Jamf and HiBob went smoothly with help from Dots' engineering team to adjust permissions as needed.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

I would expect having a feature like SSO be available for license tiers below Enterprise. We're just missing the ability to enforce our users to connect via our IdP to Dots. In our aspect this is a basic security requirement.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dots consolidates hardware data in one place, automating hardware assignment through HRIS and MDM integrations, which reduces data spread over various sources.

  ### 5. Structured and Reliable IT Asset Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lampa S. | Co-Founder, Outsourcing/Offshoring, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Dots?**

We don’t procure large volumes of hardware, but Dots works well for IT asset management. It gives a clear picture of who owns which device, current status, and history, without relying on spreadsheets. The system feels structured and reliable for day-to-day IT operations.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

Some procurement related features are more advanced than what we currently need, so not everything is used. Initial setup takes some time to understand, but after that it’s stable.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dots replaced manual asset tracking and improved control over company devices. For a smaller team, this already provides enough value without heavy procurement usage.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

So far, I haven’t encountered any major downsides.

The process is better to have the right fleet with fast response to our employees

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Delivery problems like lead time and hardware broken due to delivery fails

First of all their ITAM platform is one of the best I ever seen, works flawlessly and help me keep on track with the whole company IT asset needs.
I have always struggled with the IT logistics part of my work, when it comes to dealing with vendors, tracking delivery and offboarding employees, spending days searching for the IT equitant they need to send back.
But since I have started working with Dots for the past few months I found the assets catalog a great tool for my IT procurement needs.
The delivery options are on spot, and worldwide shipping cover all my onboarding needs for a global company.

It's so simple to use, everything seems very automatic and user-friendly. Seamless integration and very prompt and professional customer support. Some other notable features I can think of are the procurement catalogue (very versatile) and the options when it comes to product delivery.

**Reviewed by:** Yakir D. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Dots?**

The assets catalog includes everything our company needs, and they offer worldwide shipment options. This means we can equip our remote teams and onboard new employees with almost no effort, unlike the struggles we faced in the past. The team continuously adds new features and listens to our needs. We've seen new releases every other week, including new integrations and dashboard enhancements that streamline our workflows. The excellent communication with customer support and our dedicated account manager is also a significant advantage.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

Although Dots has the broadest reach of all the solutions we've seen, adding new service areas may require additional work. If your company operates in specific regions that are far-reaching or have certain restrictions, ensure you understand the geos you're shipping to and from.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have significantly reduced the time wasted on new equipment procurement and onboarding new employees with IT hardware. Managing assets on the platform makes our lives much easier. Instead of wondering where or when the equipment will arrive, we receive and track everything on the platform and from the Dots team. This efficiency allows us to focus on other aspects of the employee experience, enhancing overall productivity and satisfaction.

**What do you like best about Dots?**

What I like most in Dots platform is the clarity I have in the customer portal regarding the current inventory and IT assets, where it is, who onws it and when I need to replace or renew assets, make managing assets way more easy and efficient for me. As well as the collaboration with the Dots team is seamless, particularly I have them on a slack channel and a dedacted ckients manager that ensures any delivery issues or delays are promptly addressed.
Also integration with HiBob, Kanji, Jamf make my life so easy when deling with HR.

**What do you dislike about Dots?**

While the portal is efficient, I might appreciate a more features interface that are currenly missing but from my understanding are under development and will be added in the future, for example an employee portal will be a game changer for me.

**What problems is Dots solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped me solve the logistic complexities for my international shipments with new employees, the IT manager before me used to keep all the data on g-sheets that wouldent interact with each other and it was a mess for me to handle or keep track and I was loking for a solution that will setisfay my needs.
