What do you like best about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Studio Enterprise has a great capacity to capture, store, utilize, and report on very customized data. We have intricate needs as an organization, and there are ways to customize this platform for our needs to capture the data necessary to process donations and to note and view historical transactions and communications with donors, missionaries, and churches. What do you dislike about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

DonorDirect has not published any training videos for StudioEnterprise. In order to learn the system, DonorDirect recommends a few options: 1. new users attend the once-a-year training Bootcamp ($600 + Travel/Lodging), 2. Create your own videos for new users, 3. Hire DonorDirect for onsite one-on-one training. DonorDirect is great about having web-based calls to talk through questions and features, but having videos available would increase clarity, usability, and efficiency for the client and DonorDirect while allowing new hires and veteran staff the confidence to use the software without constant need for helpdesk tickets and calls. What problems is DonorDirect Studio Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

StudioEnterprise is helping us process partnership funds accurately while also helping us determine what types of donations come in, from where, and for which projects and missionaries. What do you like best about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Studio Enterprise is the most comprehensive solution for Christian non-profits - particularly those that have broadcast media or have inventory sales or premiums. They also are a good solution for mission agencies and those that hold events. What do you dislike about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Their integration with Serenic Navigator for accounting is a bit cumbersome in its performance, but it's not a major issue to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is DonorDirect Studio Enterprise solving and how is that benefiting you?

Studio Enterprise provides good functionality for Customer Relationship Management, Donor Development, Events, Customer Address Hygiene, gift acknowledgments, etc. When we implemented the software in 2017, we eliminated around 20 in-house developed interfaces that were needed to keep our old software functional. What do you like best about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

Later versions of StudioEnterprise (versions 8.1 and greater) have much better and improved web interface and well developed REST API to extend the application. StudioEnterprise is well suited and tailored to our ministry needs, so number of different functional areas are able to use the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about DonorDirect Studio Enterprise?

StudioOnline ecommerce product is build using old/legacy technology - AspDotNetStorefront, which is not very friendly as far as mobile design and slow overall, even so the product does support mobile responsive design. The overall, the suit contains number of bugs and our teams spends significant time testing the software after every new release and bug fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering DonorDirect Studio Enterprise:

I would only recommend StudioEnterprise product from the whole suite, seems like the product is going in the right direction. However, it is difficult for me to recommend StudioOnline, this product was unable to satisfy our business requirements and our digital team has hard time delivering desired results with this eCommerce platform. From the support perspective DonorDirect lacks in number of areas, so I would recommend to have internal that is able to support this software and do quality assurance if you are looking into implementing this. We are using DonorDirect StudioEnterprise as primary transaction management system for donations, event registrations and product sales.
