We were looking for a donation platform for our small nonprofit that would be affordable but have more than the basic features. Donately has fit the bill for ten years. We use it for our regular donation site as well as special campaigns with customizable forms. We sync with Klaviyo for email thank you flows to new and returning donors - sometimes this mysteriously glitches, so we have to keep an eye on it, but that seems to be on the Klaviyo end. Before Donately, our biggest challenge was managing fragmented giving data across multiple platforms. Donations were coming in through different channels, each with its own reporting structure, which made it difficult to maintain accurate records, reconcile revenue quickly, and track donor behavior over time. Donately has helped us do a better job receiving donations from international donors. At our small, community based non-profit we have been using donately for the past few year to with amazing success. Donately is a fantastic tool to use for small non-profits. It is affordable and helps better manage donations.
