Our company uses Doctor Connect as an automated reminder system to keep patients informed about upcoming appointments and to communicate with them regarding paperwork and other important matters. This system has greatly improved our ability to focus on patient care, and we've seen a significant reduction in no-call, no-show appointments. As a result, more patients are showing up for their scheduled visits than ever before.

There have been some glitches and hiccups but the Doctor Connect IT team has been great with explaining proper set ups or correcting any issues we have.

**What do you like best about DoctorConnect.net?**

We’ve been using DoctorConnect.net integrated with our EHR for our counseling practice since May of 2019, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our workflow. The software is incredibly user-friendly and has significantly streamlined our patient communication. Appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups are now automated, saving our staff countless hours each week.

A special shoutout to our account manager, Rozell, who has been exceptional in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Rozell’s attention to detail and dedication to our needs have made the experience even better. I also want to highlight the IT support team, especially Jacob, who has been instrumental in addressing any technical issues we’ve encountered. Jacob’s quick responses and deep knowledge have made integrating DoctorConnect with our EHR a seamless process.

Since implementing DoctorConnect.net, we’ve seen a noticeable decrease in no-shows and an improvement in overall patient satisfaction. The flexibility and customization options are top-notch, and the reporting features provide valuable insights into patient engagement.

I can’t speak for everyone’s experience with DoctorConnect or address everyone’s unique software needs, but I can share my own experience. Any negative feedback or concerns about DoctorConnect is not at all reflective of what we’ve encountered. We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with both the software and the support team. In fact, DoctorConnect has some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Their team, particularly our account manager Rozell and IT support from Jacob, has always been incredibly responsive and helpful. For us, DoctorConnect has been a reliable and valuable tool that has truly enhanced our practice.

DoctorConnect.net is solving several key challenges for our practice, and the benefits have been significant.

First and foremost, it has drastically reduced our no-show rate by automating appointment reminders and confirmations. This means fewer missed appointments and more efficient use of our time. We no longer have to spend hours manually reaching out to clients, which has freed up our staff to focus on providing better care.

Everything- easy to use.  It is a game changer for our practice- love, love, love it!
It is so great communicating with patients two way and saves us time and $.  I like the auto guided reviews- takes time from us to send out reviews to patients.  So worth the money.

**What do you dislike about DoctorConnect.net?**

Using another website to log in but there is really not a good way around this so not any big complaints.  Cost is so worth it!

Patient engagement is the best
Two way messaging and custom messaging is what we were looking for.

The text reminders for our patients greatly increased our numbers and helped us maintain them.

**What do you dislike about DoctorConnect.net?**

The only thing I can remember having issues with was troubleshooting. The method in mainly all done through email and it was sometimes difficult to convey the issue effectively. But we always got our issues fixed even if it took a bit longer.

Getting our patients here to their appointments on time.

Retention of past appointments - when staff/ provider names are removed appointment information removed. Must create an application to retain all appointments associated with the client/ patient and not based on staff/provider name

Ease and efficient scheduling; immediately know provider availability

- Did not integrate into my EHR, as promised

-  Ed Erby, the sales rep refused to issue me a refund, despite having the software for 3 days and never using it.

DoctorConnect is not solving my issues. They have not even provided adequate customer service.

DoctorConnect makes it easier for us to connect with our patients - fast responses, especially with texting.

**What do you dislike about DoctorConnect.net?**

When patients cancel their appointment after the file was uploaded to DoctorConnect will still get a reminder.

We were able to change our settings for bulk messages so that if we needed to cancel a week that was several months out, we could.

I really enjoyed using Bay Care.  It helps with staying in contact with patients and keeping their information safe, secure, and available to them when they need it.

I don't like how when you start having issues, it just freezes and you have to reopen it.
