What do you like best about DoctorConnect.net?

Our company uses Doctor Connect as an automated reminder system to keep patients informed about upcoming appointments and to communicate with them regarding paperwork and other important matters. This system has greatly improved our ability to focus on patient care, and we've seen a significant reduction in no-call, no-show appointments. What do you dislike about DoctorConnect.net?

What do you like best about DoctorConnect.net?

We’ve been using DoctorConnect.net integrated with our EHR for our counseling practice since May of 2019, and it’s been a fantastic addition to our workflow. The software is incredibly user-friendly and has significantly streamlined our patient communication. Appointment reminders, confirmations, and follow-ups are now automated, saving our staff countless hours each week.

A special shoutout to our account manager, Rozell, who has been exceptional in ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Rozell’s attention to detail and dedication to our needs have made the experience even better. I also want to highlight the IT support team, especially Jacob, who has been instrumental in addressing any technical issues we’ve encountered. Jacob’s quick responses and deep knowledge have made integrating DoctorConnect with our EHR a seamless process.

Since implementing DoctorConnect.net, we’ve seen a noticeable decrease in no-shows and an improvement in overall patient satisfaction. The flexibility and customization options are top-notch, and the reporting features provide valuable insights into patient engagement.

What do you dislike about DoctorConnect.net?

I can’t speak for everyone’s experience with DoctorConnect or address everyone’s unique software needs, but I can share my own experience. Any negative feedback or concerns about DoctorConnect is not at all reflective of what we’ve encountered. We’ve had nothing but positive interactions with both the software and the support team. In fact, DoctorConnect has some of the best customer service we’ve ever experienced. Their team, particularly our account manager Rozell and IT support from Jacob, has always been incredibly responsive and helpful. Everything- easy to use. It is a game changer for our practice- love, love, love it!

The only thing I can remember having issues with was troubleshooting. The method in mainly all done through email and it was sometimes difficult to convey the issue effectively. But we always got our issues fixed even if it took a bit longer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
