**What do you like best about Docsie?**

The updates on completed documentation and time stamps are really beneficial when members of our team make changes to documentation or create new articles. Also, collaboration tools such as task assigning are really useful for us as well.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

Occasionally, some of the features took a little bit of time to make updates.

**What problems is Docsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have numerous teams collaborating together on seemingly unrelated technical projects, yet Docsie helps us organize our thoughts and communicate with eachother, both formally and informally when we have multiple projects requiring with cross-communication.

**What do you like best about Docsie?**

I really like how Docsie has a simple, elegant, basic design that allows it to be used easily. Navigation is basic and obvious, and the search bar is easy to find without a lot of backtracking.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

Though I appreciate the minimalist design we needed help from our tech team to set up the color schemes. Setting up stylization is a bit technical in that respect, it involves very basic knowledge of html and css. But after our tech team was done with making the changes our knowledge portal looks really nice now!

**What problems is Docsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Docsie’s is an excellent platform for my company's knowledge portal creation. All our docs are uploaded here. It is simple to use once you get the hang of things and the knowledge portals are very dynamic. Our customers can find information very easily and with little effort.

**What do you like best about Docsie?**

I like how user-friendly this application is and how it may assist me in establishing relationships with my clients by providing them with docs they need.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

I needed to follow their video tutorials to understand how some of the features work. I would prefer it if it was a tad more intuitive. But once I got the hang of using the features I wanted, it was no longer an issue.

**What problems is Docsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Several of the issues I'm resolving include a good place to collaborate on projects, create client specifications, documentation for clients, translate documentations, and get feedback on how to optimize the documentations.

Docsie has many interesting features we find useful for our development team. We previously used a few other platforms, but we found Docsie to work well with our tech documentation workflow.

Tables could use some work to be more efficient.

Docsie is a simple to use tool to create online documentation that looks polished and is versatile for many uses. You can add video clips, images and embed and integrate many other tools.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

So far, so good. We have not had any issues, except once, when Docsie was doing an update. But besides that we find the product very useful for us.

Docsie allows us to create online documentation that is published within their cloud, which is password-protected so that we can share knowledge for our projects for internal uses.

An easy to use user interface is simple to read and navigate. Writing articles is extremely easy. Docsie encourages systematic writing throughout the company. We use Docsie for various internal project management documentation, and it works great for our use case.

I have no complaints and will suggest it to all of my associates.

I haven't used it enough to notice any issues, but it did take some time to integrate into our software documentation workflow.

We use Docsie to write software documentation and to help our software teams stay focused on our projects.  The web analytics tool is also quite amazing for seeing how the documentation is being read.

Docsie is a great simple way to produce excellent project documentation. Some may think it lacks features that other more mature platforms have, but I think the simplicity and ease of use it provides us, is the reason why we keep coming back and using this platform.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

I would like to see more/easier/code free customization capabilities for the documentation published with the tool.

We create internal training documentation for our new hires. The documentation made in Docsie looks great and easy to follow and understand. The tool allows us to create and maintain training docs.

**What do you like best about Docsie?**

Using Docsie has resulted in fewer contacts to our customer support staff. This is because we have now built our product documentation knowledge portal with Docsie and our customers can see videos and other written information about our products, including their user guides. Easy to use user-friendly interface

Also, we like that Docsie knowledge portals and online documentations are really dynamic, responsive and overall, it feels good while using them!

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

The translation was not 100%, but it wasn’t bad either. The quality of the translation was about 80-90% which was pretty decent.

**What problems is Docsie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're doing all we can to lighten the burden on our customer care personnel, as well as save money. The customer support staff has observed a reduction in contacts from customers.

We like how practical the platform is for technical documentation. Me and my team use it every day for internal documentation and some external docs. We mainly use it for development projects.

It does not work with Swagger, but the Docsie team said they are making integration with it soon.

**What do you like best about Docsie?**

I like the ease of use. My team and I were able to start working on the platform with almost no training quickly. When we needed help, they quickly got back to us. I will happily recommend it on another project.

**What do you dislike about Docsie?**

Sometimes export to DocX or PDF does not work correctly. There were issues with importing documentation as well, where formatting did not reflect correctly.

We were using another platform, but it had its issues, so we decided to move to Docsie.

Document organization; reviewer feedback; online document creation collaboration; etc. 
To have a single copy of the documents in a centralized place brings lots of value to the team. Everyone has the latest copy, and confusion is reduced vastly.
