"Dialpad Connect’s AI Recaps and Real-Time Transcriptions Shine for Hybrid Teams"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad Connect stands out for its advanced app & AI features, which delivers real-time call transcriptions and automated “AI Recaps” that quickly capture key decisions and action items. It also provides a smooth, unified experience for voice, video, and messaging, working reliably across both desktop and mobile devices, which makes it a strong fit for hybrid teams. On top of that, its out-of-the-box integrations with tools like Microsoft 365 help keep communication history and CRM data neatly aligned and in sync. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Users often criticize Dialpad Connect for inconsistent call quality, citing “choppy” audio, dropped calls, and “one-way audio” glitches—especially when switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data. Many also feel the pricing structure is misleading, since essential features such as CRM integrations and 24/7 support are restricted to costly higher-tier plans, and final bills can include unexpected taxes and carrier fees. Technical support is another frequent pain point: users describe it as “abysmal” or unresponsive, which can result in long delays when trying to resolve critical billing or service issues. "Awesome AI transcripts, summaries, voicemail, and seamless MS Dynamics 365 sync"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

1. AI Features and that arrow if you click on it - you can actually see the call transcript

2. Summary feature is also awesome.

3. Voicemail feature

4. Sync with our CRM - MS Dynamics 365

5. I have dialpad on my mobile too - so I don't miss any prospect calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Nothing much but just like SalesLoft - it should have the time zone feature too. I mean if I'm calling a phone number it should indicate that the person/prospect is in which Time Zone - that will certainly help us to not call out of time zone areas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Dialpad Connect: Trusted platform to place Calls and AI Transcription in a single platform"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The best feature of Dialpad Connect that I like is that it allows me to manage the calls, messages and meetings on one platform with ease. The call quality is reliable. Using AI as the power behind the app, it is easy to follow a conversation and enhance communication through functions like live transcription and call summaries. It is easy to use and is compatible with remote and hybrid teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

The only negative aspect of Dialpad Connect is that certain advanced features and reporting capabilities are not as powerful as the ones of traditional phone systems. The quality of the calls might be poor in case of the unstable internet connection and certain integration may need additional configuration. The system is also simple to operate in geeral, although the more advanced customization requires time to master. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple VOIP Client with Great AI Meeting Recaps and Flexible Calling"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

Dialpad is a simple-to-use VOIP client with great AI tools for recapping and summarizing meetings. The website is easy to navigate, and the admin area makes it straightforward to view reports and see real-time user activity. It also offers flexibility in choosing which device you receive calls or texts on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Setting up the IVR was not intuitive at all. Dialpad customer service also wasn’t very helpful when we ran into issues.

That’s been a major theme with them. It can be difficult to get in contact with your dedicated rep, and it often feels like they avoid taking meetings or addressing complaints. I even had a Dialpad rep schedule a meeting with me to “review changes in the platform” for our company, but it ended up being a sales call, even though I asked multiple times whether it would be. "All-in-One Communication Made Easy with Dialpad’s AI Transcription & Analytics"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What I like best about Dialpad is that it brings all communication tools—calls, messages, and video meetings—into one platform. It’s easy to use, works across multiple devices, and the AI-powered features like call transcription and analytics really help improve productivity and communication efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

What I dislike about Dialpad is that while it has great core features, some advanced tools can feel limited or locked behind higher-tier plans. There are also occasional call quality issues depending on internet stability, and the interface, while modern, can take a bit of time to fully get used to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Overall satisfied"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

The most helpful part of Dialpad is convenience. No longer do we have to deal with the limitations of a traditional phone system. I can receive calls and texts on my direct line wherever I happen to be located. Calls can easily be forwarded to me.

Additionally, the flexibility of the system is impressive. I can receive calls whenever I wish and set times when I am not available. We can use a variety of capabilities - or not. It is up to us and we can determine the amount of technology we use and pay for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

There is occasionally a drop in service.

Additionally, sometimes it can take a second or two for service to begin after we answer a call. The result is that we may answer a phone call, but your client does not hear us answer and greet them. If we do not repeat the greeting, the client might feel like the call never connected and hang up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What stands out most about Dialpad Connect is its built-in AI, which provides real-time call transcription, summaries, and actionable insights, helping teams work more efficiently. It combines calls, video meetings, and messaging into one platform, reducing the need for multiple tools. Being fully cloud-based, it allows seamless communication from anywhere on any device. Overall, its simplicity, scalability, and smart automation make it a strong choice for modern businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

What some users dislike about Dialpad Connect is that call quality can be inconsistent, especially with weak internet connections, leading to dropped calls and interruptions. Many also mention limited advanced features and reporting compared to traditional systems, which can restrict customization. Technical support and troubleshooting can sometimes be slow or frustrating, causing delays in resolving issues. Additionally, certain features and integrations are only available in higher-tier plans, making the pricing feel less transparent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless User Management with Dialpad Connect"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like that Dialpad Connect has options to manage users properly. They provide detailed reporting and analysis about the calls, which is really helpful. Reporting helps me understand how many calls have been made, how many connected, the talk time, and it gives me a quick summary of how the calls went. I also appreciate the tags that summarize the nature of the calls, like if they were scheduled, not interested, or nurturing. The initial setup was pretty smooth because we were given a dedicated account manager, which made the process easy. We were able to get up and running very quickly, and people can access it easily. What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

I think sometimes when I call the African region, there is a bit of lag on the call. So that connectivity issue could be something that could be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple Setup, Clear Calls and Helpful Transcription"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

what I like about Dialpad is that calling feels simple and not confusing. I can focus on the conversation instead of thinking about settings. The setup also does not take much time, so it is easy to start without extra steps.

In consultation type work, clear calling matters a lot. The call quality feels stable, and features like transcription help in getting a basic idea of what was discussed, so follow-ups become easier.

I work as a Dietician & Nutritionist and manage a homeopathy clinic, and i also handle online consultations, so tools like this help in managing patient communication in a more clear way.

I don’t use it all the time, but from what I have seen, it has enough useful features and still feels simple. It can fit into normal workflow without making things complicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Just one thing I noticed is that sometimes the transcription or summary is not fully exact, so I still need to check things manually.

Also, for simple consultation calls, some features feel more than what I actually need, so I don’t always use everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Phone System with Room for Growth"
What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

I like Dialpad Connect for its ability to function as a comprehensive phone system that isn't tied down to hardwired phones. This flexibility means I can be anywhere and still use the phone system effectively. One of the main advantages is that a coworker living in a different country can answer our phone systems remotely, which is incredibly convenient for our business operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

I don't like that it has a size restriction for texting larger size photos. Also, the settings are not easy to configure. It doesn't have a lot of potential for open API and integrations that we would like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
