&lt;p&gt;The most useful way to evaluate a Sage partner is to separate satisfaction at go-live from satisfaction six or twelve months later. I’d look closely at change-order frequency, how accurately the original scope captured integrations and data migration, and whether post-launch support stayed responsive once the implementation team moved on.&lt;/p&gt;
