It's ridding our CRM with duplicative logs, and inserts links to recordings and "summaries" that just go to blank pages. I put in a support ticket and it took them over a month to finally admit that they know about an issue, but don't have a solid fix for it. It's incredibly frustrating to be told after a month, something I already know, and to have no fix. We are leaving and never looking back.
