**What do you like best about Demodesk Coaching & AI?**

The quick and good results from Demodesk really impressed me; both the summary and the follow-up email were directly on point and very helpful. The email could be sent without major adjustments, and the sales coach provides helpful feedback that will enable us as a sales team to set a similar focus in meetings, depending on the metrics used. 
For us, it was quickly clear during the 14-day trial period that we would be working with Demodesk permanently.

A few more onboarding videos in addition to the detailed FAQs would be desirable.

**What problems is Demodesk Coaching & AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a provider of complex software solutions, we are accustomed to the sales process consisting of numerous appointments. With Demodesk, we now have a helper that takes over the logging, writes clean summaries with the right focus points (to-dos, pain points, etc.), and directly drafts follow-up emails. This allows us to focus on the customer during meetings and still document the project seamlessly and better than before. The AI coaching is a nice bonus, holding up a mirror and providing useful feedback, even without a colleague in the meeting who would otherwise take on that role.

Demodesk helps us primarily to conduct our customer conversations in a more structured way and to onboard new colleagues more quickly. I think it's great that you get direct feedback and the most important parts of the conversation are automatically marked – this saves a lot of time when following up. I find it particularly helpful to be able to evaluate conversations as a team and derive best practices from them. The operation is simple, and the tool runs stably.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Coaching & AI?**

Sometimes the system doesn't quite recognize certain terms or languages correctly – especially when someone has a strong accent or switches between two languages. Additionally, it would be nice if the templates for coaching could be customized a bit more individually.

**What problems is Demodesk Coaching & AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A major issue for us was that it was difficult to implement coaching and feedback in the team regularly and objectively – especially with many calls and little time. Often it was based on gut feeling or individual recordings, but a systematic overview was missing.

I particularly appreciate the personalized feedback and the high score. As a gamer, such a rating system naturally motivates me especially – I always want to finish with the best possible rating. The AI assistant is a real highlight: it summarizes the meeting extremely detailed, allowing me to fully concentrate on my counterpart. And if something was unclear to me during the conversation, I can always read it again thanks to the detailed summary. The automatically generated email template is also a huge plus – it saves time and ensures professional follow-up.

I would like the option of interacting with the AI Coach, similar to the AI Assistant. Additional settings such as the ability to adjust the time span for when Demodesk leaves the meeting due to inactivity.

The documentation of meetings, so that everyone can independently familiarize themselves with clients and cases, is a major problem that can be wonderfully solved with Demodesk. The detailed summaries enable everyone to get into the situation.

I like how precise the summaries are. We tested other transcript tools in the past and the summaries always were too broad, not detailed enough and / or were missing information.

The tool is easy to use, you simply let the bot into the meeting and that's it. That makes it comfortable to implement into our everyday sales activities without actively thinking about it.

The AI coaching has some helpful aspects, but also some that dont make sense. It almost always pointed out the exact same "flaw", even though it was properly mentioned in the meeting. But I am sure that this can be optimized by more precise prompting

- Biggest benefits for me is giving me good, fast summaries, so I dont have to put in meeting documentary into our CRM manually anymore
- It gives a good overview about how much I talk in meetings to better distribute this percentage between me talking and the client

The AI assistant from Demodesk automatically transcribes my conversations and summarizes them so that I can fully concentrate on the conversation and the important follow-up.

With 3 - 5 appointments per day, a lot of information accumulates that I otherwise would not have been able to capture.
The function runs automatically, and as a user, I am greatly relieved.
It was integrated by my team leader, so I had nothing to do.

Demodesk documents my relevant conversation content and the necessary next steps automatically in all the right places in our CRM, without manual rework by me, in high quality.

For this, I used to spend a lot of time on wording and content, or my notes were never so detailed.
I have not yet used customer support.

sometimes the integration into our CRM feels like it takes too long, so that a seamless continuation of work has to wait a bit

The summary is simply worth its weight in gold. And knowing that everything that was said is saved and I don't have to take notes like a madwoman helps a lot. This allows me to be more present and focus much better on the participants. What I also find interesting again and again is to see how much of the conversation I have – as a trainer, for example, it's a good reminder to ask more questions if my share is too high. Overall, just significantly less mental load.

The AI for writing emails could be a bit better when it comes to templates (like "write an email with the summary of today's training using the template copied below").

That the software is logged in per default in my video calling tool. 
I like that I can send the conclusions afterwards automatically to the other participants of the call. 
It has a great feature to learn from your calls with it`s AI trainer.

I think the summaries of the calls could be better and more exact in regards of the to do`s each participants has to do after the call. 
Also I`d like to have a quick possibility to add demodesk to a call where I`m not the host and where it`s in a different tool than I use.

I don`t need to take notes in the calls any longer and I can look up single parts of the calls which saves time and it helps to make sure that information from my clients do not get lost.

It is currently not possible to change your background in the camera without having to contact support.

Multiple user interfaces need to be open simultaneously to comprehensively present all content to the customer. Sadly it isn't directly integrated in zoom and our CRM Zoho.

Maybe One thing I dislike is that the transcription feature isn’t always as accurate as I’d hope. This is especially noticeable with certain industry-specific terms or company names, which are sometimes misinterpreted or misspelled. While the summaries are generally helpful, these occasional errors can require manual correction, which slightly detracts from the time-saving benefits ofc.

For me, Demodesk Coaching & AI takes away the stress of worrying about missing anything important during meetings. As the lead in most of my calls, I don’t have the luxury of having someone else to take notes. The note-taking feature acts like a sidekick, empowering me with the confidence that every key point is captured, so I can focus on the conversation. Recently, I also started using it to capture quotes and specific phrases that come up during calls. It’s hard to remember exact wording, but the AI helps me quickly find those impactful quotes, which has been really beneficial for follow-up conversations and presentations.

I love using Demodesk for coaching and giving/receiving constructive feedback on our client calls to help improve our conversations and conversion rates. I also find the AI summaries particularly useful for things like the general meeting overview and MEDDIC summary.

I also always use the AI draft email follow up and adapt it to my needs, this saves so much time when adding info to our CRM and doing post-meeting follow-ups.

I particularly enjoy that I can take my hands off the keyboard and fully focus on the customer conversation. The AI generated text is on point and can be easily converted into different types of text for different purposes (e.g. general summary, MEDDIC summary, BANT summary, follow-up email, etc).

As a power user of Demodesk, I have made it a daily routine to work with it. It noticeably impacts my workflow in a positive manner.

Demodesk's support has always been accurate and speedy.

I can clearly notice that the product development is moving forward rapidly and there's new stuff being added constantly.

The only real point of discussion I guess is that AI Coaching on its own is not as powerful as adding a human coach to the mix. Put both together - AI Coach and Human Coach - and you've got a powerful setup!

What I really love is the quick and really good AI feedback on the recorded video. It also gives teamleads a good overview on which topics the team needs to work on. I knew I speak fast but having it in numbers creates more urgency to work on my pace. I also really like the support and the drive to implement user wishes to please demodesk customers. I have tested some other tools but I haven´t found any which can record, transcribe, summarize and give AI based feedback based on predefined templates.

Demodesk is a great help, like a digital assistant taking down notes for you and giving feedback to improve next conversations. I don´t have to worry about forgetting important information from my prospect or that I have to switch focus on to another creen during the talk. It also solves the problem for teamleads, tu support and train the team individually which takes a lot of time. The dashboard showas exactly which teammember needs to work on specific topics (like pace, talking ratio or aksed questions) which makes it easier for teamleads to coach. Also the AI coaching supports here a lot and gives valuable feedback which the sales team can work on themselves.

The DemoDesk Coaching & AI makes my live so much easier in every context of after meeting admin work and figuring out what I missed out on in the proccess! Not in 30 Years I would be able to analize, summarize and coach in a way you do with Demodesk! I am extremly grateful to work in a organisation that values its emloyees and enables them with wonderful tools like yours! I can onyl reccomend it so far!
The ease of use is simply given due to its intuitive interface and menus, the features enable me in the whole demo proccess by makeing battle cards available durcing the meeting for ex.

**What do you dislike about Demodesk Coaching & AI?**

Im honest with you now after using it for the three weeks and in about 10-15 Meetings so far its absolutely flawless in the english version. The german translation and grammar though is really not the best in some cases, some are stunningly perfect and in one special case when I wanted to use the E-Mail Assistant, it was not possible to use the outcome becasue of confusing translations into german with completely wrong wordings and grammar.

The "problems" Demodesk is solving are the following: 
AI Meeting Assistant: This is making it possible for to actually concentrate on the customer to 100% within the call, I dont have to be making notes on the side which makes me way more attentive on what the customer is saing and I can actually concentrate on their body language their mimics and that in the end will give me better indicatiors on their willingness to buy.
AI Sales Assistant: Is giving me the possibility to actually have all the information necessary within one single view, I can build battlecards which I have access to in the same window as where I am actually having my call in. Therefore I do not have to have hundreds of tabs open to click through anytime I have a question coming up for myself which I need data too, Demodesk makes it possible to see it all on one sight and zero clicks.
Conversation Intelligence & Sales Coaching is opening a whole new field of knowlage based infirmation which is collected and analysed and communicated in a compromised and concise way, easily to understand and make clear data factual decisions within a glimps of an eye. The coaching plus offering is giving me insights which I wouldnt be able to filter out by simply going through the collected data myself! Absoltely stunning and impressive!

Early days, but happy so far :) Very easy to use, set up and integrate with our calendar and CRM. We use it every day. The AI summarisations emailed out to meeting attendees and logged to HubSpot are impressive and superior to other AI summarisations I've used before (although admittedly not 100% perfect). It really saves time to have the notes logged in our CRM, which our previous tool did not do. The coaching feedback is helpful, if formulatic. Fred was super helpful throughout the process and the trial gave us confidence to commit.

The AI coaching feedback is helpful, if a bit formulatic - I can see there is the ability for us to use different playbooks which may make the feedback more relevant to different call types, so I look forward to trying that in the future. It would be a 'nice-to-have' if customer-facing emails from DemoDesk could show as coming from my notetaker rather than have the sender as 'DemoDesk'.

Nearly everyday I have demo meetings with demodesk and although I have nearly 15 years of sales experience, the sofware gives me very explicit feedback to get even better or better said to get the very best out of it. Some things I would never have been noticed without the Demodesk AI Coaching. After my demo I always get an email with a feedback score and a very detailed description of different parts of successful demo. E. g. today I got the feedback that I described our software product in a too technical manner I was suggested to turn more into the pain points while talking about technical integrations we provide. I would never have noticed that by my own.

At the end the feedback is automatically handed over to our Salesforce CRM, so every useful information is collected at one place.

Beside that I'd like to mention that I had a procduct feedback - one day later I had a call with the CPO, that was an amazing customer experience.

The possibility to have a coaching depending of the improvement I want to make. We use the SPIN technique a lot in my job but I sometimes also want to have feedback of only the discovery or just the products presentation. The AI enables me to adapt the coaching.
Really easy to use, no need for a long formation and direct results. I have been using demodesk coaching 6 to 8 times a week for the past 5 month I will continue for sure.

Syncs to Google calendar easily, meaning it automatically appears in your calls. It summarises calls pretty well and send to every person on the meeting which is great for any attendee, even those without an account. It was so easy to set up.

For meetings where I'm not the host, it treats the coaching like I am and so I regularly get scored 1/5 for meetings such as scrum.

Demodesk provides transcripts and summaries of any video meeting that I have with customers and prospects. The AI Assistant saves me a ton of time after every meetings as it sends a meeting summary to me and all other meeting participants, including next steps. If I have any additional questions about whether something was discussed in the meeting I can always go back to the recording in the Demodesk platform, and ask the AI Assistant. And it syncs everything into HubSpot automatically, do I don't have to waste time with CRM documentation. This has saved me a lot of times already, when I forgot to take or save notes in Hubspot. 

What I also really love is the AI Sales Coaching feature. I saw my conversion rates continuously going up since I've been getting feedback from the Demodesk AI Coach after every call. I am using the SPICED framework for my sales calls - Demodesk already provides a prebuilt coaching scorecard that I can use for my sales calls. The feedback that I get is very actionable and references to moments in the call, which really helps me to understand key moments better.

I use Demo Desk every day, and it is also very easy to integrate Demo Desk into my other tools. The implementation of the tool was also very easy, and if there are problems with the AI tool, you can always chat with the support.

Once all settings are you are ready to go! Only feature I am missing is a general AI Chat function - similar to chat GPT based on the very skilled AI, summarizing calls. After my first calls, Demodesk approached me and asking for feedback. I have pitched this feature and we might see an update already in the near future.

Focussing on the call without fearing to miss any information afterwards or to take note simultaneousliy.

**What do you like best about Demodesk Coaching & AI?**

Exceptionally crafted, Demodesk is fast, easy to operate, and yet incredibly effective. I find myself using it much more frequently than anticipated. Facing a follow-up sales call with limited time for preparation, I turned to Demodesk's AI-generated summary of our initial conversation. The concise bullet points provided allowed me to connect with the client on a personal level immediately – a total game-changer! The team behind Demodesk comes across as both professional and approachable, offering prompt and personalized communication.	It works great for scheduled meetings but for instant meetings I have to manually add the recording link in the Demodesk dashboard. I would like that to be more automated	I've previously tried other AI Meeting Assistant but the quality for non-English calls has always been quite disappointing. With Demodesk, I finally found a product that works well with European languages. And the best of it is that it's GDPR compliant and they have servers that are hosted in Germany, which is a necessary requirement in our industry.

I loved the fact that the tool is able to record conversation statistics and metrics in one place.
It is great that the call is recorded and also minutes are kept, so one can go back and recall the most important parts of the conversation there.

Sometimes the system did not grasp a specific tool called Channel Manager, although I clearly mentioned and asked the prospect about if and which Channel Manager they use.

Evaluating the quality of the conversation so I can sort out which prospects are more likely to close.

**What do you like best about Demodesk Coaching & AI?**

It provides me with the best meeting summaries I've seen in the market and also gives me hints on how to improve my performance in sales meetings. I've tweaked certain aspects of how I approach my meetings, and the results have been amazing. Setting the product up is super easy and also the customer support is very helpful. I use it daily and I don't want to miss it.  The integration with my CRM also is very seamless and quickly setup.

So far, I have not found anything that I dislike.

It helps me improve my performance in meetings, which means, in turn, I am more likely to hit my quota - thanks to continuously improving based on the sales coaching. Also it helps me spend more time selling because I do not have to create notes or update the CRM.
