What I love the most is the customization capabilities they have. The journeys are super easy to set up and use and the UX is super friendly. It was easy to integrate it to our website and processes and the tool itself is light on our system so performance is always on point.

Integrations. I have to use a third party source to integrate into our CRM which is messy and not always working. The previous version was better at connecting, giving more details cleaner and attachments were solid.

I wish when someone completed the journey that we see what they see as far as the shingle selection/estimate. I know the information is visible in the backend but its not something shareable that is easy to follow up with or if it were like a pdf it would be easy to add to our system and the sales person to review and follow up with. I like Demand IQ Journeys for its unparalleled convenience; it's great for running lead forms on our website without much effort from our side.
