What I love the most is the customization capabilities they have. The journeys are super easy to set up and use and the UX is super friendly. It was easy to integrate it to our website and processes and the tool itself is light on our system so performance is always on point. We've booked several appointments and managed to sell a couple of them so the ROI is positive already. Homeowners can easily scan their roofs and get an approximate pricing. Why is this relevant for us? Because our sales reps are not walking in blind. By the time they get to the appointment they already have the measurements of the roof and an accurate idea of how much it's going to cost so the biggest and most important question they have it's already solved by the time we get there. I have to use a third party source to integrate into our CRM which is messy and not always working. The previous version was better at connecting, giving more details cleaner and attachments were solid. I do not like how the battery/storage piece is laid out.
