It is difficult to answer this one. I found it difficult to navigate, but it may not necessarily be the system, but the way the team set it up for use within the studio Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

One must take too many steps to get to things. When I scheduled work, one didn't have an overview of a full month or week to use in Stand Up meetings or capacity planning. - The API is terrible and cannot be easily scripted to make life easier for the technically gifted

I like the simple interface and ease of use, I also like the wide variety of options and number of features the tool has for use. I use it daily for tracking time, resource and keeping on top of client invoicing and it is very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find it hard to integrate with other platforms and tools that we use, it is also quite clunky when in use so the implementation of the tool is difficult when it comes to working with the team and ensuring timesheets are kept up to date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
